Wow! I love shopping for dresses and matching pumps. The dresses are really made of excellent fabric. Since finding this site, after my husband has ordered me so many surprises from this site because he loves the affordability compared to places he use to shop. I adore all of the variety of options along with the bold colors. I will continue to encourage my husband to purchase items from this site. The occasion for which I ordered the dress more than one month in advance was completely missed. On arrival there was even more disappointment. The fabric colour is like the photo but the style is not quite right and it is difficult to assemble and fit.

StyleWe website uses beautiful, stylish models to promote very fashionable clothing. Mostly reasonable price. Unfortunately, they don't actually carry normal sizes for the majority of clothing items available for sale. So far, I'm 1 for 6 getting a desired item delivered. Have two orders sitting in the netherworld of being paid and being communicated that the 3 -week delivery notice actually means "Pre-Sale" and once they receive the item, it will be another 3 weeks. In the meantime, they have my $$ via credit card for months. Three other items are available in sizes like XXL. For S or M its an "Arrival Notice" customer relationship scheme, which never comes - after 12 months, 6 months and 4 months respectively - all the while StyleWe continues to show these items on my account and in targeted advertising to my browsers. Very bizarre. I can't imagine nor have I ever seen a credible fashion brand manage their website and sales inventory in this manner.

I placed my first order in November and received it a month later. The items did not work for me so I followed their return guidelines and requested a return label. After making the request twice I finally received one that looked a little odd so I did a chat to inquire as to the legitimacy of the label…which they insisted was legit. I placed the label on the package and dropped it off at my post office and got a receipt with a tracking number which I checked a week later only to learn that the US Postal Service had confiscated the package stating that the return label was counterfeit. Meanwhile I'm out of my money and had to actually wait again while PayPal disputed it…although I sent them a snapshot of the tracking information. In the end I got the refund less shipping charge which I should have gotten since they didn't even pay for the label and it was counterfeit. I won't do business with them again.

I received my order, out of the 4 items, 3 are way too big, I want to return them and I'm getting the run around, I will never order from this site gain, terrible customer service, I've been offered up to 40% to keep the purchase, but that seems impractical since nothing fits.

Items I bought are not as advertised...Try doing a return: I have been waiting for return address for ages...chat option tells me I will receive email within 48 hours or 24 hours giving me the info...it's been a month of Sundays and still no return address! I feel scammed and I am astounded at the positive ratings...Stylwe customer service sucks!...don't...just don't. Shein is a better choice with easy returns.

Not worth the trouble...there are much better options for online purchases, with free returns etc.

It's a scam, saw a lot of advertising pop up on facebook, on my internet page, cookies... everywhrere. See some good review. I purchased! Stupid me. Material are sooo bad and so much chemicals... that I afraid to open another package in same box. I contact return dept. They told me to send back in the same package to adddress on label. I did that back to CA address. Sent to tracking number. Customer services send me email said that I got a wrong instruction. I need to send back to "Guangzhou, China" but not send address in China. Same situation happened to My friends too. This is BAD CHINA way of do business and AMERICAN is putting up with it... stupid me!

Run Very far! After they get your money, it's over. Bad business ethic. We are American is putting up with China! BADDDD. This is not the only one Chinese company that SCAM us.

I haven't purchased from this company, although some of the styles are really intriguing, the prices and negative comments give me pause. There is one shirt in particular I liked, available in all white or with black dots on white. If you look closely at the two photos they are identical--even to the point of where folds appear in the fabric. However, where there are dots in the area of those folds they are completely round, indicating they are added in using something like photoshop. That makes me extremely wary. I think I will pass.

look VERY carefully, the photos are not real--or at least they are heavily retouched.

You claim you can't find my package without a return mail confirmation number. What about the order number. You are a horrible company and you have no integrity. You should have granted me a credit or a discount after the fact. You took advantage of this opportunity to keep my money. I can't imagine how many times you do this. That's why Amazon is billion dollar company and you are not. I will constantly write reviews denoted your lack of ethics and integrity as a business.

They steal photos from other sites and sell you cheap knock-offs, bearing no relationship to the items shown online. I bought a KNITTED tribal sweater as shown in the pictures and description. I received a polyester duster with photo printed sweater design on it. They expect you to return at your expense to China from US, knowing postage costs more than the item. Fraud. Theft. No other words come to mind.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on StyleWe's website, their clothing material & the finish is cheap, it smells like a cheap store. Their sizes are not accurate (according to their Size Chart) half of the jewelleries I ordered arrived broken. You can't leave a review on their website and all their items have the same rating. They should be called StyleCheap. Never again

Do NOT waste your time and money on this site… The clothes I received did not even resemble what I ordered and the fabric is horrible quality. I literally tried on several of the items and threw them straight in the trash- seriously disappointing.

Listen if you order you will be sorry. It appears they make one outfit for photos to be used in advertising and a whole something else garbage to sell. They trick you in offering free shipping on orders over $100, but when that junk make it to your home and you see that it looks NOTHING like the photos. Oops! Guess what when you want to send it back and you will want to send it back, you have to pay to ship it back. Please listen this is a hot garbage mess and down right criminal. I don't know why the FTC and FBI is not investigating. Did I say a hot garbage mess?! Order if you want, you'll be sorry.

I am not sure I would order from this company again. I am so disappointed. So many things I want to order but taking 8 weeks going on 9 weeks to delivery an order with no communication is totally ridiculous. This is very bad customer service. How can i place another order without getting my previous order. The customer is bombarded with emails and deals yet they never received their previous order. Someone will response with a really immature response like, " sorry for the inconvenience but we are waiting on stock to come in". If that's the case be honest and forth right by not putting a date for 3 weeks pre order when you very well know you can't deliver.

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased 2 items. Never received them. Company told me wrong address was input through their Chinese database... so they can't refund me! They offered me 30% out of $77.77 that paypal sent them. THEY'RE UNDER INVESTIGATION NOW!
I now shop at TEMU Same items, less price and turn around 2 weeks.We work hard to make money we can't afford people to take advantage and steal it! Not delivering paid items is called=THEFT!

Very bad, as we speak I spent more than $500 for clothes up till now, I have not received all the clothes ordered more than 1month since I ordered. Even some delivered that were meant to be pants and blouses, they only delivered either pant or blouse. This is complete waste of money because if one is not careful you end up not getting what you paid for.

Just kept lying that the clothes have been shipped.

Did not get everything I ordered, after I complained, that I was going to return the clothes, they sent an email that they are sending the remaining clothes which was a lie because I have not received the remaining clothes, and after pay have started deducting money from my account. If I don't receive the clothes by next week, I will call my bank.

I ordered from Stylewe for 6 years. Their products, shipping, and customer service have taken a nosedive and their returns, which were always a major hassle, are no longer possible. That's right, if you receive your item and it doesn't fit (60+ percent chance of this) or it's not as pictured (80+ percent chance of this), you can no longer return it because their return center is no longer in the US, it's now in China and you'll be responsible for the return fee. The charge for sending a tunic to their return center was $57, the tunic was $22. Note that even when the return center was in the US they regularly took weeks to process returns, lost returns, didn't properly credit my account, and/or didn't give the promised $5 shipping reimbursement. Everything was a battle. Save yourself the hassle.
The pictures online are of other companies' garments that Stylewe makes terrible copies of out of awful materials, with shoddy workmanship and schizophrenic sizing to boot. Items sometimes take weeks to arrive when listed as in stock. There's no way to cancel unsent orders except to contact them. It's a mess, it's incredible that they're still in business.
Note that the reviews here that are positive are very suspicious (not specific, mention features about the site that the site doesn't actually offer, are ultra vague and weird-sounding), whereas the negative reviews are obviously from real customers. Think twice about where these positive "reviews" are coming from.

Tip for consumers:
Check past returns to see if you were really credited. Chances are you weren't. You can no longer return merchandise per 2 emails I received March 2021. "US return center is now closed"

Just got the blouse I ordered. I should have known that for $14.99 I wouldn't get anything better than that. It took one month for the delivery and the blouse was not even close to the image they use in their advertisement. Their return policy is the most ridiculous one. I don't even know if it is worth sending it. I will probably lose money, but I will still do it as a principle.
I won't order anything from them again and I highly suggest that you stay away from Stylewe.

Ordered a Denim Blouse...was sent a cheap knock off. The audacity to have me waiting over 2 months just to be let down with a cheap look alike. Never again...I personally can not trust the company... Sent two pics. Where are the wooden buttons? The collar is not the same. The material sucks. The color is off.
