I ordered an anarkali from this website, 10 days after ordering I was emailed to be told they could not supply with my item I had ordered.
They advised me to either ask for a full refund or choose something else.
I asked for a full refund and have sent 3 emails and they completely stopped responding to my emails. They did not issue a refund and I had to go through PayPal, raise a case against them to obtain a refund which I am still waiting for.
Thank god I purchased using PayPal.
This website probably has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Do not order from this website. Clothing markets brand name clothes, however not what you receive. Items are cheaply stitched together and not official products. Requested my money back three different times within their timeframe but received no response. Scan unless you just want cheap knock off clothes. Not what I was expecting and taken advantage of.
They cancelled my lehenga two whole months after ordering. I had to constantly write emails for customer service to which they barely replied in time. Two months in they informed me that they do not have material for my outfit. It has now been 3 months I still haven't received my refund. Do not shop here
Do not order from here. I placed an order early in November, to make sure it was here by Christmas. They sent me a tracking number that wasn't real. I contacted them by phone and email several times, finally I received a response that is was on its way and would be to me in two weeks. Never got my item! Don't order from here!
I ordered a Hockey jersey the weekend of Thanksgiving. It is now January and I haven't received my order. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son. They never stated it would be here in time for Christmas. I keep trying to track my order and it says it can't show me because it's being updated. They sure are quick to take your money but don't really care if you get your product.

This site is a scam. I have tried several times for several days to reach out to them about my item that will not be here until after christmas. It didnt say anything like that until after the money was taken out and the order was already confirmed. So any rep that sees this i want my order refunded!
I loved this outfit so much! It was perfect for my photo shoot and it definitely fits true to size! Great outfit for pictures, fancy evening or even just to be causal! It's very versatile to dress up or dress down!
I ordered from Stylemantra after discovering them on Instagram last month. I just received my order a couple days ago and I am impressed with the quality, workmanship and style fo the price which I paid. I would definitely order here again and would recommend to all friends and family. They definitely send you what they showcase, which is a rarity amongst Indian ethnic sites. Truly glad to have found this gem!

I ordered 2 dresses from them and they never shipped anything until I complained to Mastercard company from which i paid and they only sent one dress of cheap quality. Never sent me second dress and no refund. Their customer service numbers doesn't work not even online chat. Please dont buy from them.

I have shopped on line from websites such as Mirraw which deliver absolute garbage for the price. I came across stylemantra from their IG & am truly impressed. The prices are very low and they actually delivered to me what they showed in the pic. Will shop again for sure.
