I started out to buy a hairbrush. During my purchase, the StyleBell website noted that I would receive a free gift. When my package arrived, it contained a package of hair product - NO HAIR BRUSH. I called to report the problem and was told that it would be looked into. A week later I called and was given the same response. Out the correct product. There was no free gift with the T3 brush.

Two weeks later, with still no response, I cancelled the credit card purchase.
StyleBell customer service is non existent. They only stall you with promises and do nothing. I recommend that they be avoided.

Everything on their website is "out of stock"? And it's been that way for awhile! I sent a email and got no response... Does this mean they are out of business?
I been waiting on a package for almost a month now and everytime I call there's know answer... like I said bad business
