I started out to buy a hairbrush. During my purchase, the StyleBell website noted that I would receive a free gift. When my package arrived, it contained a package of hair product - NO HAIR BRUSH. I called to report the problem and was told that it would be looked into. A week later I called and was given the same response. After emailing the "phone supervisor" I received and email which stated: "Looks like there was a shipping error. I will investigate and reship
Out the correct product. There was no free gift with the T3 brush.
StyleBell Customer Service"

Two weeks later, with still no response, I cancelled the credit card purchase.

StyleBell customer service is non existent. They only stall you with promises and do nothing. I recommend that they be avoided.
