I had an amazing experience with a Studypool tutor, worth mentioning her name (Stellita) she was one of the most understanding and gracious tutors I've had the pleasure to work with in my entire life. She was able to help me when no one else could. I'm a happy camper!
I made a purchase from their note bank and one thing to stand out is I received the document immediately after making the payment. Although the doc I got did not contain all the information needed, it was somewhat helpful. Points in favor for efficiency. Points against for effectiveness.
I requested Studypool to proofread my 12 page essay, I set the time limit for 15 hours and was very impressed to have received my work back proofread and improved in 10 hours. Don't know if this is standard practice for them but I have to say they captured me as a client, until I'm let down. Hopefully I won't be and they'll always be this efficient.

I'm so happy with the service at Studypool, they really went overboard to make sure I had the best tutors bidding on my assignments. Kudos to the Intercom team as well, I had a big issue with bidding and it literally took them 5 minutes to fix it. Not only did they fix the issue, they explained why it happened and made sure I programmed my account for this not to happen again. I'm a happy customer!
I've used other tutoring sites and this one is okay. Sometimes the tutors are good, and sometimes they're bad. The good thing is they give refunds if the tutors are bad so I'll keep using them.
Very good service, lots of tutors to choose from, some are doctors in their field, so you can find the best help available out there. They also have a free study guide service which came handy last semester. As a student I find this resource extremely helpful, mostly because its free.
I'm surprised at how good and easy it is to use Studypool. They seem to have a quality team of tutors, and I was able to get help on both my math and science questions. The tutors were patient and explained all the concepts super clearly too!

They never care about Tutors at all. Any appeal by a student is approved almost automatically. Am among the first tutors at Studypool and still working with them but men, they are the worst ever. I've worked with other sites in the past but I should say Studypool has the most incompetent support team. They always favor students (where the money is). Their response is pathetic. They respond once or twice after you wait a couple of minutes but will ignore you completely there after. Over 70% of the work I've done is from repeat customers but to Studypool am as good as a new tutor. First chance I get in another site, I'll be gone. Honestly, it is frustrating.
Do not bother with their Chat function. They respond at their convenience. Algorithms match requestors with providers, not humans and the matches rarely fit. It does not matter if you click a link that supposedly directs you to a prepared solution. You will still get a tutor, not a solution - click bait! Once you are paired with someone, you are stuck with them regardless of competency level. Many tutors misrepresent their capabilities and deliver grossly inferior products. If you are seeking a simple essay, they may be OK but steer clear if you need assistance with anything advanced or complex. They now hold over $100 in my account and will not refund.
I have been working with studypool for almost a year now, but the experience has been worst. I was once suspended after following a procedure given to me by the support an cancellation of an order I could not do, and also I was suspended just because the student asked for a refund for an order and giving another claim while the QAD was giving a claim that is not related to the order. For those who aspire to work with studypool don't do this account. Just another account because these people are after the money and not helping both the student and the tutor. These guys will ruin your account until they ban you.
The site is what any person would ask for. Highly versed and determined Tutors, Astute management, and an interactive platform that takes the needs of all people seriously.

New tutors are easily scammed. You lose your money during withdrawals and might never get your account balance in case of banning. Also banning is easy, since studypool only listens to clients. Unlike better sites like essay-shark, studypool only has interests with clients(the money side). Support team may even take 4 days to respond. BE WARNED
