Bought an expensive ($44) stainless steel band for my Timex watch which was 20+ years old. The new StrapsCo band failed after a few months. It was poorly engineered and the clasp broke or bent so now it opens at the slightest movement. Can't be fixed. The old band lasted over 20 years, the new band was very expensive and lasted just a few months.
This company offered Black Friday deals in 2022, so I fell for their "Buy 3 Get the 4th One Free" deal and bought straps for my Garmin Venu 2. After only one week of use, the pins kept loosening. Each strap, one after the other, would detach from the wearable while I was wearing it. I almost lost my Venu 2 - a $400 device - several times. Finally, I had to throw all the straps in the garbage.
The company website states that they have no customer service telephone number, only email, but when I emailed them, they never responded. This is a SCAM. They take your money, sell you a USELESS product, and have nonexistent customer service. Thank god I still have my Garmin because I stopped using the straps.
