I have left many voice mails and emails to this company without a single response. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. This company needs to be dealt with harshly. They need to refund all money owed to people. Absolutely don't order from this company as they take your money but never give you your product. I never have had such a bad experience. I truly believe Stove Parts Plus is the biggest scam ever. I don't believe the company even exists. I paid for stove parts worth $140.38.
Like many others, I placed an order on like for some wood stove gaskets and never got them. I was charged for them but never got them. No response to multiple emails and phone calls (no answer - had to leave a message).
This company is disgraceful. Many say they've reported to the BBB but I noticed the BBB still has them rated as A+. What is up with that. WORST on line ordering experience I ever had. These people should be in jail.
I order many things online, never had a bad experience, so stupidly spent nearly $200 on parts for my wood stove from this site. After 3 weeks and no parts, I contacted company several times with no response. I finally received what appeared to be a refund confirmation via email with a long list of excuses, but the actual money was never refunded to my account. I then filed a complaint with the BBB (at which time I saw the company's rating of "F"). I received another email from the owner several weeks later with another list of excuses and indicated that my money would be refunded within the next week. Of course it was not. My BBB complaint has been closed due to lack of response from the company. I've learned my lesson to check BBB first; I just wish they had the authority to shut the website down so they cannot continue to blatenly steal people's money.
We've tried for weeks to contact this company to see what happened to glass and paint ordered several weeks ago. NO RESPONSE to voicemails. From the other reviews, it seems this is standard operating procedure. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
I ordered a part for my stove and they said it was backordered, but they still charged my credit card. 6 months later still no part, so I asked for a refund, denied (with sincerest apology, still backordered) 2 months later they refuse to refund my money and now don't reply to contact attempts. Of course too late to get my $ back. Check the BBB, I wish I had. I ordered the same part from Usstove.com and it was cheaper & actually showed up 2 days later.
I order somw $200 worth of parts from stovepartsplus and after a few weeks, no parts and no call back on when the order will be delivered. Yet they have charged me for all parts and nothing else. No call back, no reponds, my next act in solving this matter will be in the courts to get my money back... be forwarn..
Answer: I never had a choice it automatically went to Stove parts Plus when I was ordering with my previous company. It stated that they were in the process of buying out this other company. I never got a tracking number so I could follow the progress of my order.
Answer: I believe Stove Parts Plus is a scam this is why no responses to either your text or you never receive a call back to messages left, Something needs to be done quickly about this as many people are losing their money and the people behind this scam are getting rich.
Answer: No respond at all... very difficult. I left countless phone and text messages and not one time had a response. When I order it automatic went with this company... I never had a choice... this company was supposedly buying the other company out.
