I never had a choice it automatically went to Stove parts Plus when I was ordering with my previous company. It stated that they were in the process of buying out this other company. I never got a tracking number so I could follow the progress of my order.

I believe Stove Parts Plus is a scam this is why no responses to either your text or you never receive a call back to messages left, Something needs to be done quickly about this as many people are losing their money and the people behind this scam are getting rich.

Answer:
No respond at all... very difficult. I left countless phone and text messages and not one time had a response. When I order it automatic went with this company... I never had a choice... this company was supposedly buying the other company out.
