“Cheats scams and lowlifes”

This location is on Broadway and Dobson in Mesa I spent Well over 800$ on an iPad and They Kept saying i should get "PPP" protection program... Lied to me saying that I'f i had an issue software related Then they would take care of me giving me store credit, or I'd get another iPad or a refund... Now all of a sudden my iPad won't turn on they changed up and said it not a product protection plan yet its a upgrade plan if i wanted to traded it in for something else of value i can... then they pointed at ppp flyer and said she your iPad has to be in the same condition when you got it so since it don't turn on we normally wouldn't be able to help... and that's bull$#*! cause if your a customer buying a product they say if it hardware or u drop it then it's on me but software issues or Apple issues not caused by me they would exchange or refund... this store is so wishy washy i wouldnt spend a dollar in this location again. I'm going to call it a lost i don't even want the store credit cause they just had a someone in there without a mask that had COVID-19 and also I'd rather not deal with liars cheats and scam artist who sells devices and are unwilling to take action. When a customer had issues. I've purchased I've 2000 dollars of merch from them and for them to tell me they couldn't help me was ridiculous and i was so pissed cause it's basically a game to them. After an hour of waiting the manager that was there covering for the whole staff since they where in Quarantine told me that he never ppp he offers upgrade program. So already the USA pawn isn't in sync one store tell u one thing then you get told another thing from a different store. Why would anybody get a PPP if you have to bring it back in in the same condition it doesn't make sense please tell me how does that make sense To get what y'all call "something like insurance." At this point y'all are just stealing ppls money. If a customer spends over 500 and has issues with that product one month Lester and y'all can't help that's shows y'all true colors and it's of the color $#*!y green! I'll be talking to my families lawer as well because what they are doing here is against the law... i will post this on every review i can find. Im also filing claims with the BBB so if you want your money stolen then go to USA PAWN. Just don't touch anything cause the items got COVID ALL OVER THEM HINTS WHY THE STORE WAS CLOSED FOR A HALF OF DAY... Covid can survive on items for days. This place should be shut down
