Have been looking for a replacement battery for an Eee PC with no luck until coming upon StoreBattery.sg. Ordered a replacement for the Eee as well as a Toshiba whose battery had outlived its usefulness. For the Toshiba was able to obtain a higher capacity battery then the original. Service was good and shipping/customs went without a hitch. Batteries work very well and the two laptops can again go for hours without needing to be on the power mains. Pricing reasonable - not a "rock bottom bargain" nor outlandishly expensive - in line with expectations and certainly a cost effective restoration of the laptops which were slowly becoming boat anchors.
Website was a bit cumbersome to "wade through" in order to find the desired products. Fortunately they were found after some convoluted searches.

The replacement battery was delivered very quickly and well packaged. After I installed it, it was recognized by the OS and a calibration was done successfully. The capacity is not as high as the original (maybe close to 90%) but nevertheless, it will extend the use of my laptop by another few years as the old battery was dying. It remains to be seen if the replacement battery lifetime performance is good as it is new at the moment.

Did a search on Google for a replacement battery for my Toshiba Ultrabook. Found this site that charges reasonably for the battery and shipping. Received within a week after purchase. Looks exactly the same as the original battery in my laptop. Had it installed and booted it up. System detected the battery's health as good. Charged it to full and timed the usage capacity. Similar to original battery. Will definitely purchase from StoreBattery.sg again.
Got the battery for my HP Pavilion Sleekbook within 1 week of order. So far so good. This is better than what I expected, given that I was given the go-around within the HP organisation (which went through some restructuring) and finally when I got through to the right department, they did not have stocks and I was asked to call their authorised vendor who then told me that I need to wait some 4 to 8 weeks for stocks to arrive. It did not help that buying from HP/ vendor would have cost me more than 3 times what I paid at www.storebattery.sg!
First time I purchase item from online, I encountered this problem. The out source delivery company which they collaborate send to the wrong address and they can still mark it as delivered! If the other recipient did not call me, I will not know what had happen! Worse experience I ever had and swear I will boycott this company and their delivery partner!
The battery (order *******) took 10 days to arrive and delivery time is quite acceptable. The battery was packed nicely and secured to prevent damage. Installation was easy and testing was on the way. After a full charge, the battery could only last 2 - 3 hours. I was expecting more as the original battery could last double that time. I guess this is better that having a dead old battery. I am pleased that I was able to get the replacement for such an old notebook and I could still use the notebook for a few years more.

The battery did arrived in reasonable time though the tracking website they gave was an IP address link rather than a website with a proper domain name.
Replaced the battery and used it for a number of days. The battery did hold the charge and last for reasonable number of hours after charge.
All in all, good and genuine service.
1. Not sure if I specified in the form, but received white BTY-S12 instead of black.
2. Delivery and tracking email contained non-working links, but on requesting clarification, response was prompt and helpful.
3. Battery received in good condition, well packaged. Battery was in mint condition when tested.
