Ordered a Dell battery which came after 10+ days.
Installed it, and it works good so far.
I gave feedback that the battery was not original, but they told me that the logo had to be covered for customs purposes. Fast customer service, and a product that is worth it given the price point.

Decided to get a new battery after my current one started deteriorating after 4 years of usage. It was hard finding a store that sells this laptop battery since it is an old model until I came about this website. It has all the model number of the batteries which makes it easier for me to choose from. The battery was delivered in a week and so far the battery has performed well. Thunderobot is not a mainstream brand and hard to find its accessories, as I am from Malaysia. I found StoreBattery online and many give positive reviews, thought I tried it out. After purchasing the Thunderobot battery with a very reasonable price, I've contacted StoreBattery to send me receipt which the person in charge (Amy) got back to me in just a day time. I've waited around 2 weeks for the battery to arrive. The battery is very well protected upon arrival. I've tried it out and the battery is just great! Everything works fine! Recently bought a replacement battery for tab s 8.4 from them. They sent a China made battery which is smaller and thinner with longer connectors. Not useable!
They appear to be selling genuine battery but send you crap!

It was the chinese new year period, hence there is surely a delay in delivery. However i requested to them that i needed the battery urgently and they ensure that i get my items within the time frame.
The battery works as advertised and the shipping was relatively prompt. However, I noticed that the amount deducted from my credit card was $55.30 instead of the listed price of $54.80. Not sure why that is the case but could be an exchange rate issue.

I found StoreBattery via a Google search and was thoroughly pleased with the entire process from ordering to receiving the parcel.
Buying a laptop charger is not a common purchase and Jane from StoreBattery was meticulous in walking me through the process. Not only did she process the order and inform me of the shipment, she stopped to check the specifications of my charger needs (ie. Pin or no pin, length and diameter of the charging head) and followed up promptly with emails when I placed a wrong order.

Great product fits perfectly into my laptop. Quick delivery included. I am not sure, if the battery capacity will increase after recharging a few times. Now it displays around 2hours. The old battery made about 4-5 hours
This is my 2nd purchase with storebatteries for my 2011 mbp. First battery lasted 5 years 2016-2021, now begins the 2nd battery. Hope it will last another 5 years. The first battery died without any float, and gives more than 30 cycles from under 80% capacity to completely dead at 1.8%. One minor issue is that this time the alignment of screw holes is not so good, it is hard to put all 3 screws fit, but 2 is fine.
Adding comment: 1. Super good customer service as in they helped to make sure i am purchasing the correct modal battery by a few email conversations with old battery photo
2. Delivery quite fast, it reached me in 8 days after modal confirmation.
Have bought a HP laptop battery with them and delivery was quick although it would be better if the web interface could be more modern looking. It looks quite simple right now.

Received battery in good condition and it works perfectly so far, Very good customer service from Amy who responded very promptly with all necessary information. The only comment I have is the delivery took too long. The battery arrived in my country after 8 days of placing order but sat in the local warehouse for another 6 days without any action. Despite several calls to check on the delivery, there was still no confirmation of delivery. I eventually have to go down to the warehouse to collect it myself. Very very bad service from the local delivery. I suggest StoreBattery gives the customers the option to choose different paid delivery services. Would have given it a 5-star but because of the local delivery...
