The process of a recent donation was well informed, an email came at each stage of the process.
My stock broker Etrade really dragged their feet, but that was not the fault of Stock Donator. The Stock Donator site is easy to navigate and I will use them again. Thank you.
I am so glad that I found Stock Donator as they provided excellent service at a low commission fee. We received the check with the proceeds within about 3 weeks of when we were notified that a donor wanted to donate stocks. They communicated very well So I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them.
As a small nonprofit, being able to accept stock transfer donations is a big deal - and Stock Donator makes it easy as pie! No hoops to jump through to set up and maintain brokerage accounts, liquidation turnaround is timely, and their fees are reasonable. Highly recommend!
Stock Donator was no help in this transfer. Had to spend 4 hours with Vanguard to complete.

I, a retired teacher, was trying to make a stock donation to a smallish local environmental group that does not have a brokerage house, so they had chosen Stock Donator to handle donations for them. I think after this experience they probably will stick with Stock Donator and not get involved with a brokerage house.
I ran into difficulty because of a huge mistake I made AND because of an issue with the brokerage house. The response from a member of the Stock Donator team was above and beyond. He was with me every step of the way and I was tempted to bake cookies and send them to him but he's in LA and I'm in Boston and the shipping charges would be outrageous.
I've used this numerous times to donate appreciated stock to my kid's school's PTA organization. The site works well - the design is a little funky, but the functionality is perfect. I will use it again, and I highly recommend StockDonator.

Great customer service. Jonathan was very helpful. I wish the money can be sent electronically to our bank account to eliminate paper check and snail mail. I would think this will be less costly for Stockdonator.
Thanks for the review and the honest feedback. We really appreciate it and we do try hard to service our customers. We do have an option to wire transfer the money to your account. There is an additional charge from the bank for that service though and we pass along that cost. You can sign up for it on your account settings page.
Stock Donator made it easy to give shares to a favorite small charity of ours. I felt well-informed about status of my donation, and even last minute adjustments on my end were accommodated at my convenience. A very nice option for charitable giving!

Thank you for the 5-star review for Stock Donator. We know that sometimes the process can be a bit slow especially when we are dealing with certain brokerage firms. To the extent we have the options to make accepting stock transfers quicker on our end, we always make those options available. For example, we do allow for electronic transfers of some forms depending on the brokerage firm. Also we always allow for the option of receiving the proceeds of the stock donation proceeds via transfers using ACH and wire transfers.
