I had communicated james for my business car warp design over the emails. I like the designs but i had couple of questions about the measurements. James not only told me to contact him by email only but also acts like super impatient.
I think a little then try to call them again since i am worrying about the i wont descript the issue good enough?
James start raising his tone like there is an " karen" try to attack me. And i decided to stop doing business with this guy, and he called me back and said " $#*! u " to me!
This business acts like a crying baby or crazy " karen", so funny!

I ordered an "in loving memory" decal for my truck, and it absolutely beautiful. I give 10 + stars. This company is awesome!

Very unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. Spent $40 on a decal couldn't use. First I communicated by email with sticker titans which was extremely confusing, so then I called them and the person I spoke with was rude because I couldn't understand their pricing on their web page. He gave me no understanding how this would fit on my car window even though he new what kind of car I had. Don't waste your time and money on this company.

I am pleased with my sticker. It is beautiful and the instructions were easy to follow. I followed the first few steps perfectly. I missed one. Quite comic actually. I missed the step in which i was suppose to remove the clear plastic. I got past the blonde and figured out why i couldn't see out of my back windshield.

So unprofessional, and an $#*!... all over a simple misunderstanding. My bank screwed up but I was blamed and cussed, called idiots and $#*!s. What kind of "professional" business uses that kind of language? I could post screen shots but there are to many so I'll just post the last one I took.

I had ordered a back window decal for my business to put on my SUV I ordered this decal on the 11th the price for the sticker was $28 the price for priority shipping 1 to 3 days was $16 I have yet to receive my decal when I mentioned this to the customer service I received an email saying that due to the holiday I wouldn't receive it in 1 to 3 days well today is the 16th The shipping is half the price of the original decal I ordered.
I didn't need a condisending reply.

First time customer and really found the process easy to follow and the pricing very good. I'm a brand new business owner and I love that the staff told me the best options.

I've been working with stickertitans for the past year and I've always admired how fast they were able to ship out the stickers to me.

I'm a graphic designer and have customers that want things printed for them. I've been working with James over at StickerTitans for about four years now. I send him the art work and he prints and ships blind, so my customers don't know that it's coming from them.

Very rude and not willing to help. Purchased 2 decals in a very short time and wanted to buy another one. Needed an advice as to how to design it so the fonts are the same size as the previous two. They pretty much said they don't have time for giving me any advice on the phone and I should send them an email. When I sent them an email they responded pretty much the same way. Order whatever I want at my own risk or have them design it and probably charge me for that. The product at self is OK but I am sure other places can do the same and be more polite...

This is my frist time order from sticerk titans. I do not speak very good english but they were very helpful.

Had a lot of problems with vistaprint because they don't have the sticker where there are no backgrounds. I just wanted letters. I called james at sticker titans and he was able to help me get exactly what i needed. I found the business to be very professional in customer service and excellent quality in the decals.

Fantastic pricing and services. I ordered on a Friday and received the stickers the very next Thursday. What I ordered was 100% custom. It's amazing how fast they did that.

I've read some of the negative comments and while I wouldn't want to belittle someone else's problems, I just wanted to say that I had NONE of the issues. I found the staff very patient and understanding and helpful. They helped redesign my logo (FOR FREE) and the product was also fantastic.
