I worked with James and his team to get my logo created into a sticker. He told me that the first image was low resolution and that it would be blurry. Then I followed his instructions and got him a vector file. He said the file was perfect and IT WAS! The final product was right on!
Make sure you go in and view stickers before purchasing. I knew they looked small, but they were even smaller on vehicle. It was recommended by the company but you can barely read what it says so it's pointless
I apologize once again, but we weren't the one that chose the size. We recommended that a 36" would fit your vehicle, but depending on where you put the decal, you may need to adjust the size.
We also told you that we were more than willing to send out another one if you were willing to pay for the difference. You wouldn't be paying any more, just the total amount you would have paid in the first place, had you chosen a larger size.
You did not want to do this either.
I'm sorry that there doesn't seem to be anything that will make you feel better. It also looks like you have a habit of leaving 1 Star Reviews for most businesses you rate online, so maybe it's no surprise.
When I emailed them my logo they told me the pixels were too low. I needed to hire a professional. I'm a new business just getting off the ground and I couldn't afford one. They were very rude in the email and not helpful at all. I didn't realize it was so easy to enlarge and get a better pixel until I went with Best of Signs, they walked me through the process and in one day my order was finalized and on its way! Very nice people. There was no need for them to be so impersonal. Hire a professional was the easy fix. Guess they didn't care if they made a sale or not.

I did want to clear up one thing. You'll find that the sign you got from Best of Signs will be blurry, as your file was blurry. Other companies (like Best of Signs) do not take the time to tell customers that files are blurry. We do.
I'm sorry that you didn't like to hear that your image was going to be blurry, but we take great pride in producing very high quality signage. This wasn't possible with the image you provided.
Furthermore, Best of Signs does not provide the same item that you were inquiring with us. We sell VINYL LETTERING, in which each and every letter is CUT (not printed). Because of this, we cannot just increase the resolution like you did and print a blurry photo... because we're not printing anything. We need to convert your image as a vector file to tell the software where to CUT.
I guess the only choices we had was either have you unsatisfied with us telling you your artwork was low in resolution, or say nothing... take your money... and then have you unsatisfied with how poorly the result came out.
I do apologize that our efforts to ask you to get a higher resolution file had offended you.
From beginning to end, every step of thee way was professional and courteous. The gentleman on the phone was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Great place to do business with. Will be customer again.

I guess I had a different customer service representative but my experience was nothing but awesome. James answered each and every one of my questions in a very professional manner, The pricing was great and the final product was very presentable. I definitely recommend this company.

This is a rant. Not for StickerTitans (I'm a loyal customer) but to all the people leaving negative reviews without thinking first.
My name is Sheena. I've been buying from StickerTitans for three years now. The very first order had some issues, but this was my fault. The logo I was trying to get printed wasn't high enough resolution and James talked me through how to fix this.
All of the reviews I see that are negatives are posted by idiots (like me) who couldn't read and understand the instructions James and team were giving out.
Most printers will just take your logo and print it. If it's a crappy quality and you're not satisfied with the results, well, guess what? IT'S YOUR FAULT. The printer will just say they printed your file and it is your fault for not sending a better file.
But StickerTitans let the customer know if the file isn't up to quality. They don't have to spend the time to do this. Yet they do. But these idiots on this review site are complaining that no one is spoon feeding everything to them.
StickerTitans sends out FREE design proofs. They do the work for FREE! If you like it, you can purchase it. If you don't... go somewhere else! But it's so childish for you idiots to leave negative reviews whining and crying because a printing company will not be your personal pro-bono design team.
This is coming from a customer that orders at least once a week for the last three years.
After I learned how to send in the correct files, all my projects were done on time and under budget.
Before you trash a business that is helping resellers like me, you should stop and think if the negative review is justified. Everything I see so far is complaint that StickerTitans wouldn't help fix your low quality logo. WHY ASK A PRINT SHOP TO DO THIS? HIRE A DESIGNER!
I have bought maybe 10 stickers from these guys. Each and every time, the quality is superb and the shipping is very fast. What more can u ask for
I asked for many variations on design proofs and these were done methodically for many iterations before I was even asked to make the payment.
I've been purchasing signs for 20 years, and never does a company offer free design BEFORE asking for money.
Great integrity, service and pricing. I will be back for more.

I was in the middle of trying to get a picture redone so it would work for the sign that they told me to fix. I know nothing about resolution or pixels and after finishing what they requested they totally ignored me and never responded! Very poor customer service! I will be giving my money to another company who actually cares about their clients!
I am doing with sticker titan for couple time. They are pretty fast and quality are good. Highly recommended.
Working with them to even get information is like pulling teeth. I wouldn't recommend. I tried to get answers via email and their responses were vague. I asked them to call me and that didnt happen. I had to call them.
Please be aware of this company the owner is a racist judge he's very controversial instead of helping you, he makes remarks to doubt of your word, I will not recommend you placed in order with this person, he's arrogant and miss treat people, I never been treated this way in my life with any business. I will make a report of your business as well let others know that you're a racist. You are to treat everyone with respect and the same be courteous regardless of their nationality or their origins and you're not to be confrontational to judge their intelligence. You're here a server to the people without people there's no customers.

Every time we order our stickers they always get everything right. They listen to what we want and improve our order.
I wish I could say better things about this company but I just cannot. I purchased from them a few weeks ago and the lettering sizing was off ( which was both our faults). They gave me 10% off a new order to try again. We had the correct measurements this time but when applied to the inside of my door ( we live in Houston so I was worried about the humidity) it turned almost not visible from the outside. I called the help number on the "How to" instructions and started explaining my problem.
The man I spoke with said it must be a problem with my glass? I informed him it was a normal storefront window and completely clear. Then he replied that I should have known better and their decals look better stuck on the outside.
I informed him this was never communicated to me and from one business to another it would be something to change in the future. I told him my Grand Opening was next week and that last go-round they had helped me and that while I wasn't expecting help for free I needed some help somewhere.
He then started raising his voice saying I had called him a liar ( not true) to which I asked to speak with a manager or an owner. He said he was an owner. I said that he should understand caring about their product and trying to make it right. He kept raising his voice at me and I hung up after telling him I would be removing the nice review I had left.
Sign quality was ok. Most of the rounded corners were jagged. I was also so sad during installation, the magnetic cling pulled one edge over itself and ruined it. I wish I knew that 2 people were needed to install.
As soon as I was able to communicate my needs with these guys, they made it happen. With our new branding of the business, and changing hours, we needed that reflected and StickerTitans did a beautiful job! Simple, clean and perfect. Exactly what our brand needed.
Definitely working with them more in the future!
