I ordered (2) magnets over 2 weeks ago and I am still getting the "processing" when I track the order. Funny thing is I live 20 minutes from this company, If I would have known I would have picked them up. No further updates, no responses to phone calls or emails. Customer service line is a voice mail and the email provided has fatal errors. If I dont hear something soon I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General about their business practices. THIS IS NUTS!
The order process was easy and the product I ordered was exactly as I had expected it to be. When I needed to ask a question, customer service was very helpful and I would definitely order from StickerShoppe again. Thanks very much Steve.
I ordered my stickers on the 6th. They took my money on the 7th. And still haven't even received an email saying it's been shipped. I've called 3 times left numerous voicemails as well as emails and not one response. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! All I wanted was some military stickers for my father for Christmas for a gift. Very POOR HORRIBLE customer service!
Stickers are OK quality nothing to write home about but not bad either. Shipping was very very slow. Placed my order 7/18 a week later they had not yet been marked as shipped so I sent an inquiry. I was told they were shipped the day before (7/24). I waited until 8/5 and sent another message saying they had not been received. They came in that day and were post marked 8/3. Which means they were NOT Shipped on the 24th as I was told they were.
However I always like to end on a positive note whenever I sent an inquiry they were fast in responding. (Less than 24hrs)
I retired 3yrs ago from pa state police and these stickers are our emblem for the department. I purchased several of them and gave some of them to other members who retired and they really appreciated them. Great for gift giving.
My sticker came in a timely manor. The size is good. I proudly display it on my back window. It's a sticker that says Made In China surround in a red square with a red line across the words.
After China spread the Coronavirus to the US and the world, I wanted to protest buying products from China.

I purchased an university decal for my car and followed the instructions for placing the sticker. A day later, I noticed that the decal had fallen off. I contacted the seller and asked for a refund or replacement because my decal lasted less than 24 hours. The only response I received was the seller explaining that the decals are bound to fall off because they are reusable. I am very saddened by the company's customer service. It's frustrating that I could only share my school spirit for one day.
Over the years I have purchased a lot of stickers to reflect my military and law enforcement background. Each time I have used sticker shoppe I get exactly what I ordered, on time. I had a problem with one order, and SS emailed me to check on how the order went, they heard about the problem and they immediately corrected it.
Do NOT use Cafe Press. My last order with them was for a clock, and stickers. The clock wasn't cheap. It was a TOTAL POS! AND Cafe Press absolutely would not respond to multiple emails and an attempt at calling. I finally threw it out!
Loved the items that I purchased from here. Everything was according to description and promptly delivered. I have never had a bad experience with StickerShoppe and will continue to use them in the future. As Nacho Libra would say. They're Fantastic!. They're the Best! And all joking aside, I believe they are the fantastic as well as the best.
Takes way to long to get stickers. They sent me the wrong items. Had to wait longer! But the product itself is very good quality exspeaically the reflective stickers. So in a nut shell worth the wait.
In this particular case customer purchased / chose non reflective decals. On arrival he contacted customer support and stated that he wanted to return the items for reflective ones. The non reflective items were returned and the reflective decals sent out. As always, there is a production time of 5 business days as stated in shipping information for stickers available in multiple sizes.
I bought a set of NFL Decals and I completely botched on the right size that I needed. I emailed Steve at the StickerShoppe and he helped me with getting the right size that I was looking for. The prices were so good, I kept the first set as well!

I ordered a Seattle Seahawks window decal. When I went to put it on my truck, I discovered there was a tear in the decal. I contacted Steve via e-mail at StickerShoppe and he very quickly offered to send me a new decal... no cost, no questions asked. It arrived very quickly. Very impressed... GREAT SERVICE!
I ordered my stickers 30 days ago and I still have not received them. The charge has gone through on my credit card but I have not received the stickers. Fingers crossed that I get them soon - it wasn't a bad experience on the site, I've just never received my stickers!

Next came the delivery - I was pleased with the delivery time and the care they took in packaging my stickers. The final test for me was the quality of the stickers - once again, I wasn't disappointed - they were fine quality stickers. I have not had any problems to date. I ordered one of each branch of service stickers with magnets and a POW/MIA sticker with magnet and Remember those who gave their lives ribbon. These will be displayed on my Jeep for the Wheelers for the Wounded ride on May 3rd in Marble Falls Texas. I feel its a great way to honor those who gave so much
I purchased 2 of the MANCKCS (cavalier king charles spaniel magnets) and I love them! They were super inexpensive so I didn't expect much. I was thrilled when my order arrived ahead of the scheduled date, AND the quality of the magnets is spectacular. I would have paid three times the price if I could have found this in the store. I will defiently purchase from here again!
