Wow, not often I check the BBB site after the fact and I know why they have an "F" rating with them. I ordered a 5" x 6" collegiate logo sticker and it showed up 3.5" x 4.5". Steve responded with the attitude send it back for a refund, not sure if I did that now I would get the refund. Claimed he's a reseller and not responsible for advertising 5x6 and shipping 3.5 x 4.5 product, that's the way it is. JUST BEWARE, not as good as one hopes
I bought several stickers of Police & medical units for my collection of badge stickers of US states, they are of great quality as aways!
I shall use them again when they produce new designs to add to my big collection..

Whilst the item that eventually arrived was as ordered the process to receive it was very painful. It took almost 2 months to receive the item and that was after several emails to the company (with no reply for the first few) and with no joy from them a disputed transaction through PayPal. The only time I received a response was when I was asked to write a review and then I went to PayPal! I know I live in Australia and it may take extra time to receive it but it took 4 weeks from the date I ordered for it to be shipped (even though I received an email two weeks prior stating it had been shipped!) and then a further three weeks for it to arrive. You need to lift your game regarding your communication and the time it takes to deliver the product. If there are delays then let people know.
The experience with the website and the product were great. I like to order from the web because usually the items are cheaper, but I am always concerned about shipping charges. I bought a bumper sticker from them. The ordering was easy, the envelope arrived timely, but it was not the same as the bumper sticker on the website. I contacted them and he explained that sometimes the manufacturer sends a different style. He didn't have the style I wanted, which was the one on the website, but he refunded the money. He was very gracious and apologetic, and I asked him to tell me when he got the sticker I wanted back in stock. I don't know if he will do that, but I would totally buy it if he did tell me.
I stop looking for other sticker places once I found sticker shop. I have ordered several stickers from sticker shop and I'm always pleased with the service and the sticker selection. I have never had a problem with any of my orders, product or service. Thank you sticker shop for producing what you promise. The best place on the internet to get almost any sticker you want for a good price.

Used the sticker/decals on cornhole boards. Easy to apply, held up to the Polycrylic application and gave the finished product I was looking for. Will last through many hours of being pounded by the bags.
Called and left a voicemail for the company and it was somebody's personal voicemail. I never got a response. Took weeks to get them to fill the order and actually ship it out. May be cheapest but literally ZERO customer service.
I ordered 4 stickers over a month ago and still have not received them. I have sent several emails, which were answered. The answers, however, were inconsistent with some responses saying the order had not been sent and others saying it had been sent. The customer service is non-existent and a phone call to a human is impossible in the universe known as reality. UPDATE: After I posted this review, they sent me the 4 stickers I ordered and they were fine. So there's that I guess. Maybe it was a miscommunication? They finally got it right.

Order has not seen the light of day for more than 3 weeks. Thought I gave mysefl plenty of time to get what is needed to finish up my Blackhawks Dive Bomber, which is a gift to very special people. Haven't heard anything about the status of my order.
They are very prompt. Give you notifications when your order is placed. And then, give you notifications when your order is shipped. Usually after a few days. Will definitely order from them again. Very happy.

Never received my items. Promised a refund, never received that. Please remember this is coming from someone that is in law enforcement. Told me it takes 2 weeks for 1st class mail to be delivered hahahahahaha. Email after email lies after lies. Received my money back from my credit card company. Read his Facebook page, has done this to other. Phone # goes to a voicemail. Stay away from this guy.
Placed an order on January 27. As of today, Feb 26 I have not received it. I have been given 3 different dates (Feb 8, 14, 18) by Steve that they shipped via first class USPS. Each time was another excuse. When I sent an email requesting a refund there was no response. Opened a claim with Paypal, who had not received a response either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! Had I seen the reviews at 50% (now 49%) on this site I would not have ordered.
Update later 2-26---- received email from Paypal that case was closed, seller refunding money. Then about 5 minutes later, an email from Steve stating I was being refunded and more apologies and finger pointing at his suppliers, the post office; everyone but himself.
Sooooo slow! I ordered my sticker two weeks ago, today, and JUST got my confirmation email that it was being shipped today, after being told it would ship on Friday (still late). It will be nearly three weeks before I even receive it!
Ordered a batch of decals on 3 Jun for a Father's Day project. Checked order status on 14 Jun; status was 'processing.' Contacted customer service and received prompt email response delay is due to a custom decal order. I did not order a custom decal, but their statement to me was since I ordered something that comes in multiple sizes, it is treated as custom. This makes sense to me. My only constructive thought on this is that if an order is to be delayed because it is 'custom,' this should be communicated to the consumer prior to purchase so expectations can be managed. I have not received the decals yet, but I was assured they will shipped today and I will have them in time for the Father's Day project I am working on. I am happy with the prompt communication from the the customer service department, I am dissatisfied with the ambiguity on long delivery times for 'custom' orders.
A few months ago, I ordered some stickers from this business, and after waiting several weeks and not receiving them, I contacted the company. The company was so graceful in quickly sending me a replacement order.
Then about 2 months or so later, the first order was received after what appeared to have been a long transit with the USPS. As an honorable thing to do, I sent the company a check representing the total cost of the order that I just received. Integrity plays a role in my life, and I couldn't just take the stickers and keep quiet.
They made good in replacing my first order, without questions. So it is natural for me to make good with them when I finally received the "lost" order.
After a delay by the USPS in receiving my purchase Steve offered a refund or to ship it again free of charge. I asked him to ship it again. Wouldn't you know I received both shipments. I offered to return one & he said no need to. I will definitely purchase from StickerShoppe again should the need arise.

Ordered 2 stickers last month paying instantly with Paypal. Thought they'd be here by now so when I checked the status of my order, it said "processing". They don't return emails or phone calls. Constantly get their "answering service". Which is an answering machine.

Customer ordered 2 #21782051 Wincraft University Of Colorado - 5x6 Ultra Decals. Customer claimed that size was 3.5x5 inches. We contacted customer and told him that the actual size of the decals we sent him was 4.5x5.5 inches and we apologized that we were using the specs of the manufacturer Wincraft and did not know there was a half size difference in what they used.
Customer asked what he could do about the decals. We OFFERED A FULL REFUND as any business would do, but that wasn’t good enough.
We had stated that we have sold many of these ultra decals and were not aware that there was an issue but that he could return the decals for a full refund or if we could send him a return envelope to return the decals since they were not what he thought was ordered.
Customer did not respond and felt that we were infact wrong but we insisted 100 percent satisfaction and we told customer no matter where the decals were bought that Wincraft would be selling the same product.
Customer failed to tell us how he measured the decals and why the measurements were different to that of ours.
