I ordered two necklaces I was supposed to receive before Mother's Day. It is now May 24th I have not received them I have not received any shipping information I have contacted them and they just keep telling me that it's in production. What a bunch of crap! I strongly suggest you find another company to order jewelry from

I placed an order, it took approximately a month, maybe longer to arrive. I wasn't happy with the quality of my purchase and requested a refund. I was first offered a credit towards my next purchase, then 70% of the purchase price, next 50% then 30% and finally after saying no to all the offers and repeatedly asking for a refund they finally said I would receive one in full when they received the item back so I asked where to send and they have yet to give me an address because they're concerned about if I will pay the return postage or not.

I placed an order for mother's day on april 30th and paid for express shipping, still have not receive the necklace and it is almost a month later... I was refunded 17$ for the shipping difference, but I would just rather have the order that I placed... I feel. Awful that my mother still has not received her mother's day gift... So disappointed

I ordered on May 5th and selected express shipping which told me it would arrive within 3 business days. Customer service told me it would take 9-11 business days. I now reached 11 days and they told me I have to wait another week. I asked for a % off and told me I have to wait until I get the item to get the refund. Very poor service as a first time shopper there, NEVEE again! And this gift was for Mother's Day.

Love the quality and its a very pretty necklace. They've worked with me to make my order the best and make sure I was satisfied with my order. Recommend!
