Purchased Christmas decoration next day wrote to cancel while still pending purchase and never heard back for weeks. Finally item showed and they said oh sorry can't cancel but you can return when item received. It has been showing for 40 days as destination customs shipped. Out $70.00
On November 15, I made a purchase of over $200. Items are showing pending, but there is No real way of tracking this order. The email contact info is BOGUS! I should of known better than to place an e-order without further investigating. Please do not fall in this trap! It doesn't even deserve a star!
It's not even worth to give one star but as it is not going through I am forced to do it. I ordered Christmas items around 80£ from this site & the estimated delivery was before Christmas. When it didn't arrive I sent them an email for which they replied saying that it will take 30-40 working days for the delivery to come.
On tracking last update is on 27th December saying it's with UK customs. I emailed the company so many times but no response. And to make it worse I have used my credit card.
Anyone knows how to claim a refund if it's done via credit card and the site is unavailable as well. I don't know what to do

Order a couple items and they gladly took the payment however shipping is still pending. After researching this so-called company there is nothing on reviews and stated they are highly a scam. Emailed customer service however it bounced back. Emailed a different email with no response. Went to Facebook to warn others of the fake company and comments were deleted and they have removed themselves from Facebook and now going under a different name(Biivh Store)... if something looks to good to be true it likely is! Am now in the process of filing a complaint and refund through PayPal.
This website is a scam. They sell cutest Christmas outdoor decorations with unbelievable low prices. I bought two decorations and its' been two weeks my shipment is pending. I decided to cancel my order, their listed first email does not exist and second email never replied back. Commented under their page on Facebook, they removed my comment and closed comment option for me so I can never comment again under their posts. This website is gaining popularity, just wanted to warn you about this.
Scam, scam, scam. Like others, ordered Chritsmas decor for yard. I got a shipping notice with a tracking number, the items never showed up. I'm attempting to get money back with my credit card company. Will add more info if anything comes of that.
My husband and I were having our first Christmas married and order decorations from this site off Facebook. Over $400 in items, never received, no tracking, no response from either CS email or support email. We've been HAD!
My daughter and I don't have a lot of money. We were thrilled when we found this website. We wanted to decorate our yard. I spent over $200 of our hard earned money and never got my order. It is less than 2 weeks before Christmas. Don't purchase from this site.
Same story as the 2 other reviews. I placed my order over 2 weeks and they took my money but the order is still pending and they don't respond to emails. I also tried to comment on their Facebook ad and now the comments have been turned off.
Firstly, these people are scammers.
I do not know how they are able or allowed to promote their goods on the likes of facebook
Ordered a xmas item on Nov 20th 2021, which until now has not arrived.
However I paid through PayPal and have made a successful claim for the full amount if money paid including postage.
Their tracking still seems to be active who knows I might receive my 1.8m santa claus at easter
But buyer beware never pay with your credit card, only use PayPal

Grosse arnaque, j'ai commandé deux animaux lumineux début novembre nous sommes le 22 décembre et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. 4 mails envoyés et aucune réponse mais bien sûr mon argent est parti...
Plusieurs messages envoyés sur Facebook et pas non plus de réponse, même mes commentaires pour avertir d'autres consommateurs sur leurs publicités Facebook ont été retirés!
Compré dos figuras de exterior el 14/11/2021, veintitrés días después no he recibido nada, envié varios e-mail nunca contestaron, ahora los e-mail son devueltos, ésta Empresa la ví en Facebook, confié al poder pagar con Paypal, lo comuniqué a Paypal, contactaron con ellos y han estado dilatando el tiempo, para que no pusiese la reclamación, ya hice la reclamación en firme, espero y deseo poder recuperar mi dinero, no os dejéis engañar.
