I ordered a Genuine Leather Bracelet directly from this company and received a cheap low quality version from China that was not the one described or pictured on their website. I contacted them about this and have not received any form of communication back despite emailing various email addresses. I would just like the correct bracelet to be sent or a refund.

We ordered our wedding rings and engagement ring, my rings were supposed to have real diamonds in them. Shortly after our wedding I noticed a chip in the stone in my ring, we took it to a pawn shop to have it tested and found that my rings did not have real diamonds in them. I am now in the process of trying to get that fixed

I like this site. Now i know more about how to clean steel jewelry is that it is not wise to use soap and water. When using soap to clean your jewelry, it is very possible for soap scum to appear on your jewelry.

I have order a ring from this site which is very beautiful in look. After one month i started using it, it started fading its color. I asked in a local jewellery to fix it up but i couldn't do it. I paid a good amount for that ring and now i can't use it since it is completely faded its color

Yea, waiting times are long but the products are quite good in quality. One of the things Iiked the most is that most of their products can customised with engravings, colors, alloys, sizes, etcs... Great place to buy, but exercise patience.

Oops, cheapy stuff and long long shipping time... waits for more than a century to get it.
