Arranged for tile cleaning and given a window 8 to 1 it is now 3 and they are still on the way. I'm sure they won't be arriving any time soon. I keep getting updates and am following their route here which seems to get further and further away. Still waiting Elvi?

Dispatched to another job in between coming to me. Unfortunately it didn't work out I live in a condo and portable machine isn't as powerful as I was led to believe in my booking call.
They did free tryout and wasn't effective. So
Have to try it myself.

I hired them to clean my Mico fiber large sectioal couch after a scheduling mix up that pushed out my cleaning for a week they came in took 2 seconds looked at it tried to tell me it was a dri-fit couch and they it would shrink if they tried to clean it. So they told me to call a different company who themn verified that it is infact a micro fiber couch and that made it very clear that they just wanted to get off work early on a Friday I am livid they were very unprofessional

6 months ago I paid over 400.00$ to have a small carpet cleaned and 5 air ducts cleaned. The two men were here for about twenty minutes. I asked them if they cleaned the heating system and ducts, they said yes but I was right here and they did not do them! I will NEVER call them again. Now we more dust than we have ever had from the heat vents!

This company did not care when I called them and asked for a callback. It's hard to explain, but our carpet looks dirtier after they were done supposedly cleaning it. We could not believe it.

So I had appointment on 11/21/22.I called for another appointment for the same area that was cleaned on the 11/21/22 I had and appointment 3/18/ 23 for the same area.The person Dante going to tell me off the jump this is way more then 129.00.I said why is that he was like it's bigger I said it's the same room in the same house.go figure needless to say I asked him and Josh to leave I called Sears and they came a did a much better than the last time Stanley steemer was at my home. I have 2 pets that's why I get my carpets cleaned so often.

Stanly Steamer came out to clean my ducting throughout my house, They came with a big Stanley steamer vacuum truck but never used it to suck out the dust. They only used compressed air with a thin attachment that fit through the grates on the vent slits (they don't even remove the vent covers (only removed the return vents) and a small hand held vacuum cleaner to suck up what was blown down the duct. They showed me what they were going to vacuum up but it didn't seem like very much as this was the 1st time in 20 years that the ducts were cleaned and we have always had cats and dogs in the house. I looked up the vent after they left and it looked dusty and dirty to me. After they left I removed a few of the vent covers to see how they looked and they looked as they were not touched or cleaned. Plus I spent an additional $300 on an antibacterial solution that was suppose to give my home a clean fresh smell but when the heat kicked on it didn't smell fresh or any different then it did before. I'm doubting that they even used it. WAY WAY WAY overpriced for what they did, it was a complete rip off! Would never recommend Stanly Steamer for duct cleaning.

They charged us for a full job and only did half. Then their rep asked why we were paying full price and he told us the company told him to do that and when they finished the job there would be no charge. This was a complete lie and then they started telling us they did additional work we did not authorize. DO NOT USE, They will rip you off and lie to you and our vents are the same as before they cleaned them. READ REVIEWS BEFORE HIRING! They require you to add a star, they deserve none.

We scheduled an air duct cleaning this month (January 2023) with Stanley Steemer in Dallas because we had been told it is a good idea for a newly constructed house to clean out dust and debris from construction, and a friend recommended them from good service they had received. Before starting the work, their technician reported to us that, while he was happy to do the work if we wanted it, we did not need it. He showed us photos he took of the inside of our ductwork, and that the ducts were clear. He said we could cancel the service with no charge. We called the Stanley Steemer office, and they confirmed that there would be no charge for the technician's visit if we cancelled. We submitted a compliment of the technician to his supervisor and thanked them for their honesty. I would not hesitate to call them back in the future for other cleaning services - or if our ducts ever do need cleaning.

We had Stanley Steemer of Leesburg at our home today, we had carpets cleaned in four bedrooms and our living room/dining room area. We could not be happier with the way the carpets came out. Stains that we there for quite some time…. Are gone! The technicians, Keishawn and Jeremy were the best! These two gentlemen were courteous, kind and very professional. They engaged in conversation, but they didn't talk too much, as sometimes you'll get a chatty tech. We highly recommend Stanley Steemer and if you request Keishawn and Jeremy, you will not be disappointed. We'll definitely have Stanley Steemer, Keishawn and Jeremy back to clean our carpets! Thank you for a job well done!

Our home remodeling took a bit longer to finish, so I called ahead to check if an extension of our coupons was possible, yes no problem. I called again the day before for the ducts cleaning service and everything looked good, they would honor it, which was of sort a pre-requisite to go ahead with the job.
Guess what it didn't happened, the crew next day refused to honor the arrangement.
I sent them off, period.
Unprofessional and shoddy business practice.
Do not recommend.

This review is on the deceptive billing practices of Stanley Steemer. I scheduled a service call to clean less than 400 square feet of carpet in an upstairs apartment of an old victorian home. There are 2 small rooms, a hallway and a tiny sitting area. After describing the apartment to the scheduler she determined that the charge would be their minimum of 125.00. When the tech came out he said the charge would be 210.00 because the scheduler listed it as 1 room and a hallway. I explained what was discussed earlier and got the typical run around "... yes, the square footage is small... but there's more than one room... sorry for the misunderstanding... it will cost more than the quoted price..." at this point I felt stuck paying the extra because I needed the carpets cleaned, and they were there. I did ask him to do it for 200.00 and he agreed. I called the office later to discuss this further and was very politely told... "no, they would not refund any amount nor discuss anything further because the job was already completed".

I needed my area rugs cleaned. I booked Stanley Steemer & they gave me a FIVE hour window for the team to get here. They even sent two confirmation/reminder texts. I waited all afternoon until well after the five hours and they never showed up, never called. Finally I had to leave for other commitments & got a call two hours later that they were on their way. I canceled. Very unprofessional to keep folks hanging like that.

I used Stanley Steemer to clean my wall to wall carpets back in the late 80s a year after we bought the house. Yes, the 1980s. They did a lousy job but the whole thing only cost $99 so I chalked it up to a "learning experience". The carpets looked (and smelled!) worse after cleaning than before, so we just ripped them up and refinished the original 1820s wide plank wood floors. We were planning on doing that eventually anyway, so no harm, no foul, and the previous owners' "dog stink" was finally gone.

About 6 months after the carpet cleaning I got a call from SS trying to schedule another cleaning appt. I explained that we no longer had carpet so I didn't need their "service". The female caller was like a pit-bull. She countered with, "But what about your upholstery, your drapes, your tile floors?" I replied, "Our few upholstered pieces are leather, we do not have ANY draperies of any kind, and my tiny tile floor bathrooms are just fine, thanks." This badgering kept on and on. No matter WHAT I said the pit-bull had a counter to it. I finally said, "Look, you did a lousy job cleaning my carpet which is why we no longer HAVE carpet. I would NEVER use your "service" ever again. Stop calling me!" She immediately started barking some counter comments so I just hung up on her. Back then I didn't have a phone with the ability to block numbers, so lather/rinse/repeat every 6 months for YEARS.

Fast forward to 2022 (30+ years later!) and I STILL get a solicitation call from these creeps every 6 months. Apparently because I am a "former customer" the "do not call list" doesn't apply to SS. I screen all my calls so it's not hard to block/report/delete these spam calls, but it's a different number every. Single. Time.

The only reason I wrote this review is that ANOTHER new number showed up in my voicemail today. Really? Can't take the hint? They must be desperate to be calling people who haven't used their "service" in OVER 30 years AND have told them to STOP calling!

Bought a package deal for carpet cleaning. 4 separate cleanings for carpet. Recently had all carpet removed and hardwood installed. They refuse to let me use my remaining cleanings on anything but wall to wall carpet. Will not clean couch, area rugs, or even carpet for neighbors next door. Reuse to even work with me to get anything cleaned. Absolute worst customer service. I lost money on this deal because they could care less about their customers. Will NEVER use this company again. Buyer beware when dealing with this company!

Contacted local Stanley steeper to clean hardwood floors at a commercial building. I was excited given the fact that they scheduled a time to do it and that I had always known of them but never used them. They came and inspected and within 3 minutes told me they couldn't do the job! No reason other than the boss said no! I called them to get an answer but none arrived!
I don't understand why but I do question how they make a living and what they actually do! I WILL NEVER EVER USE THAT COMPANY AND I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND SOMEONE NEVER USE THEM!

Thank you, Blake, in Louisville for addressing the problems you encountered at my house. You were knowledgeable, courteous and sincere and determined to complete the job... and you did!

These jokers (Hartford, CT franchise) showed up at my house and TRIPLED the price I was provided "on the recorded line" when I scheduled with them the day before.

I shared the EXACT square footage to be cleaned and discussed the very simple, new construction project in detail with the hack scheduler I had the ‘pleasure' of speaking with and they had the audacity to tell me that person must've gotten it wrong.

$50 more is wrong. $100 more is unacceptable. TRIPLE is insane.

What a joke of an operation with unreliable, untalented and embarrassing employees at apparently all levels of this company. I can go rent a supermarket steam cleaner and do it myself for $40. That's 1/10th of what these fools told me.

Don't listen to the national advertising that is obviously a stretch at best… and be sure you check pricing BEFORE they start the screw job on you! What a waste of time.
