Stage put a 50% off on top of shelves, which is misleading, they said the price must end in 98, non of prices did, they raised everyday prices by 20%, and then take 20% off, and you pay the same price for non sale items, i can see how they are going out of business,
The clothes are not style, 60 dollars for a chaps mens shirt that we buy at sams for less than 13 dollars, good luck stage, i am out of here for good

Everyone lies if you can even talk to them.
I ordered 2 items for a baby shower gift & I only receive one of them.
When I called to ask where the other item was, they said it was shipped.
I told them I only received 1 item; that it was not shipped.
After calling over 3 times, I was finally given a shipping number,
But it took so long, I didn't have it for the baby shower.
They are an incompetent group & say anything to get rid of you.
They could care less about customer service & have absolutely
NO sense of urgency.

Terrible Service
July 31, 2019

I received my order and one of the items was the wrong product. After I returned it I noticed that I did not receive my credit after two weeks. I emailed via the website twice and called 3 times both with amazingly long holds. I finally got through to Customer Service and a rep named Theresa was very helpful.

Orders got canceled due to inventory and only received a partial refund weeks ago. Can never get anyone on the phone even when requesting a call back because there's so many people waiting. This is a form of theft and needs to be corrected!

Just don't. Their prices are higher than equivalent products on other sites. I ordered a cutting board. They charged me for it then told me they no longer carry the product. To rectify this they gave me a 40% off code that only worked on maybe 10 % of the products they carry. Then, the kicker the code they gave me for messing my order up is available to everyone on the front page of the website. Trash customer service.

Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Was looking to buy baby clothes, they had great prices, so I placed my order. Next day got email saying my order had shipped, 3 days later got another email saying some of my items had been canceled due to not being available. How the $#*! do you send an email saying the items have been shipped and 3 days later say they don't have them. No refund issued, for out of stock items, and 16 days for shipping, from Texas to California, are you $#*!ing kidding me. Horrible customer service. $#*!ty all the way around

I have been trying for over one week to talk to someone that could fix this problem. I tried to place an order last Tuesday (July 30,2019). I ended up calling cs and someone tried to place my order for me. Then it got canceled. I have called customer service at least 30 times over the last week. I always request a call back, because there are 54 calls ahead of me most days. So frustrated... just want someone to fix it! I have never had this much trouble until last week.

Horrible experience

Reasons why not to buy from this site:
-Long shipping times
-Wrong item shipped
-Long wait times for customer service to discuss issues
-No help from customer service when there is an issue. No ability to make it right.

I think they're struggling.

Really poor customer service. Called and waited 10 minutes and gave my number for a call back and never received a call back? Called again and waited 20 minutes and told I could not cancel or make changes to an order and to call back after 24 hours. I will return order. Stage needs to read their reviews and implement better business practices. 1st and last order.

Not worth looking at!

Order a dress for a wedding, few days later got a msg saying order was cancelled due to inventory and will get my credit with 7 days. Ordered a 2nd dress and got the same crap. Wouldn't waste your time! 1 star just because there isn't an option to do none.

I purchased for Christmas quite a few things and was notified that a few things were no longer available. I was told a few pair of Jean's that I purchased (total for 2 pair men's Jean's in sale $96)were still available. Christmas came and went and no Jean's showed up so no christmas gift? When I contacted them they said sorry no longer available... but they are still available on the website but no longer on sale? How is that? I will never spend another cent with stage. Not only did they short me at christmas on presents but if I still want them I can pay full price? DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY!

Was getting ready to order a 24 piece comforter set but after reading these reviews I do not think I will even bother! I will go to Bed Bath and Beyond and gladly pay $40 more for the item but at least I know I'll receive it in a timely fashion and if I have any issues at least they will be promptly addressed!

It is truly Dysfunctional from the Beginning to the End of the Process!

Don't use this company!

I have a long history with Stage Stores, so I will keep it short.
1. Terrible quality clothing
(Even the name brand stuff!) must be made by people in training!
2. Terrible customer service! They can't answer the simplest of questions about their products.
3. In store experience. Unorganized, rude management and high turn over rate with employees!
In general do not use this company unless you enjoy getting frustrated and treated like you are unimportant!

DON'T BOTHER!

Don't waste your time!
Thought I was getting a good deal on some clearance dresses -- and JUST LIKE OTHERS IN THESE REVIEWS -- got an email stating there was" unforeseen inventory issues" with my order and it would be refunded. They gave me a 30% off coupon code but -- why would I bother?!

OOPS

Spent 1 1/2 hours picking out what I wanted, got through the order, then a screen popped up that says OOPS We're really busy... been 5 days of that, never lets you back in. I used to shop at Peebles in person & their site goes to Stage.com, so I dumped the store & the website altogether. Hope Stage.com goes bankrupt soon; they are VERY mismanaged!

Not worthy of any stars rating. Purchase 8 sets of towels. Received wrong color. Also when washed half of the towel are in dryer filter. Below sub standard.

I ordered a pair of shoes over the phone from Stage Stores my daughter did not like them so I returned them via USPS tracking and they were received December 4th. Stage has stated that they issued me a refund on December 5th however I have never received this. I have called multiple times in the past few months and no one is willing to do much to help. I have even called with my bank on a three way to verify I have not received the refund and Stage has told me there is nothing they will do. Absolutely horrible customer service do not ever order anything from this company! They will steal your money and ignore every attempt you make to correct the situation. No integrity! If you could give less than a one-star they would get a zero

State stores are as I never ever got a tracking number. They take your money and give you no product. If you call there is an endless recording where the count of wait never ends until the end of close time which the phone just drops off at that point. Another words they never ever answer the phone!

Cosmetic Counter Manager

The worst job I have ever experienced! They violate contracts with cosmetic companies to not use their cosmetic employees to clean store including bathrooms, unload stock, dressing rooms, and yet expect you to sell 3 credit cards and 3 magazine subscriptions a day or you will be terminated! I have seen employees sign people up after they left to save their jobs. Then we had irate customers because they did not ask for these things!
Made management aware on many levels and was ignored!
The button line for them is all that matters, not customers or employees!
Constant turnover due to the store management!
TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT!
