Stackry is easy to use when it comes to getting packages from the US to the UK. Never has any issues for the 3 years I've used them
The finalizing of shipping took me ages to complete and would not load the second stage properly, and if I were to receive assistance I would need to either stay up late or wake up early to match the opening hour times. I had to wait until the next day to fix the issue myself. Besides that and expensive shipping, which is understandable for long shipments although what I ordered was very light, it was rather easy to use

Excellent website journey. A bit daunting, as I think the FAQs and information is limited, unless you are going through the journey to do something. I was also very confused when verifying a credit card, I hadn't realised I needed to check my credit card account, it should explain that when giving the error that the amount is wrong. Please fix!:-)
1-خدمة الدردشة عبر الموقع غير متوفرة.
2- لم يتم الرد عن طريق انستقرام او تويتر رغم مضي 3 أيام على الارسال.
3- تجميع وتجهيز الطلب استغرق 72 ساعة رغم ان هناك شركات لا يستغرق التجميع 24 ساعه.
4- أي شركة لا تحترم عملائها بالرد والاجابة عن اي استفسار لا تستحق التعامل معها.
5- العلم عند الله كم من الوقت سيمضي لتسليم الشحنه الى فيديكس.
6-للاسف كانت تجربتي معكم هذه جداً سيئه لا ارغب بتكرارها مره اخرى الا اذا تم اصلاح الخلل الواضح في التعامل.

I am so, so impressed with stackry's ease of use. Their website has been expertly designed from the customer's point of view - they clearly know their stuff when it comes to logistics, but it's made so simple for me to use. Their instructional wizards explaining the steps required are a great feature as well; I have sometimes seen these on other websites on first visit, but was really impressed when I logged in to stackry and got a new tutorial because I had received my first package. Really just amazed at how easy and straightforward they make something which would have otherwise been difficult or impossible for me to organise on my own. I have been raving about the service to any friends and family who will listen. Love it!

Every time I receive a package from you, a few weeks later I receive an invoice for due taxes (usually from Fedex)... which seem higher than if I had order the products directly from the seller.
