I JUST WANTED TO THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR SUCH A GORGEOUS BEAUTIFUL CINDERELLA DRESS.
I HAVE LOST A FEW POUNDS GETTING OFF FLOUR AND SUGAR. I ONLY NEED TO TIGHTEN THE SHOULDER STRAP MAYBE SEW SOME ELASTIC UNDER IT.
I PUT THE DRESS ON AND IT WAS A DREAM COME TRUE! THE WEDDING IS TWO WEEKS AWAY AND I FEEL SO BLESSED THIS IS MY DRESS.

The dress was gorgeous, very lovely material. But the zippers broke after the first time putting it on. Shipping was paid for to be delivered fast and it took longer than stated.

Buyer beware. You will not be able to return the dresses if you change your mind/they do not fit. They will offer you £50 instead. Customer service is shocking. Not convinced I will receive my money back. Absolutely furious. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

We have exact measurements & the dress was too short. You can't add fabric to a dress to make it longer so stuck with a dress we can't wear or sell bc it would need someone who is 4'6 to wear it!

Ordering was easy- they verified custom mearsurements several times (6'2" female) The strap on that dress broke while she wore it, otherwise good expereience.

I ordered a dress. When it arrived it was poorly made, too small and I had ordered slightly bigger than their stated measurements. They do not except returns nor give refunds. Even using PayPal protection did not help. Now stuck with ugly, too small expensive dress.
