Paid for ssl certificate that doesnt work, cant even log in to get customer service because it's through a sit throught another site, through another site that doesn't recognize my email. When the intalled the certificate, it says it installed shows the logo and provides cert number but still no ssl, no https, basically I paid for a js script with a logo that does nothing, and no customer support. They get good reviews by asking you to review 3 seconds after your purchase before you even use the product. FYI I'm a developer, and installation isn't rocket science.

Company name and VAT is not remembered for logged in users. Ten years I report this issue and ten years no change. Pity.
