I found the navigation extremely confusing. I am brand new to building my website. Keeping that in mind I think it would be helpful to explain the verification process much better. I had to go and do separate research to figure out the process. Consider a better detailed walk through of each step so that a new builder can navigate the process faster and with more confidence.
Navigation on the website is a little difficult, but it could be that I'm moderately unfamiliar with the process of obtaining SSL certificates. That said, I know there's other places that have much more easier-to-use interfaces. Once I got used to this place things got easy, but other places don't have that initial "getting used to it" period.
It took less than 5 minutes to implement the SSL certificate.
Step by step instructions and email links/confirmations are provided to help you along with the installation.

Everything was good. Got the SSL Certificate quickly without much hassles.
Paid around 1000 Rs. For three years worth of service. That is a pretty good deal as compared to other SSL Certificate providers, but as I am a cheap guy (probably because I am not earning anything right now), I find even that costly.
I initially had some problems on my WordPress because 'insecure content' was being displayed, but I fixed it within two days and now it is working perfectly fine. Had to use a WordPress plugin called "SSL Insecure Content Fixer" (mentioning this because this might come in handy for you).
Also, you will have to modify your.htaccess file (or do some other changes if you do not have Apache) to redirect everything to 'https :// ' or 'https :// www.' (whichever you like), unless you only want a certain part of your website to be secure.
Lastly, it looks pretty cool and also serves its purpose. I would say go for it.

Services, prices, support, greatly appreciated. I just regreted that it was not possible to install the CERT for a 4 years period, but rather it will have to be annually renewed by the same validation process. But this is not a deal breaker.

Very easy to do at first. Then I got bogged down with the installation process onto my server. Had trouble opening one of the files. The Online tech support guided me through it to the end. She was very patient and helpful. Highly recommend ssls.com.
The best price for a SSL I could find.
I had to contact support so my domain was verified, it would be better if there was a button to force check on the panel. Any way, the support was just fantastic and solved my problem in less then five minutes.
I got 3 certificate for less than I could have paid somewhere else and my certificates were delivered in minutes. I was hesitant at first (you know, too good to be true), but I decided to give it a shot and it was a wise decision. I recommend these guys.
Right now nothing is clear but as I follow your process I hope it becomes much clearer. I would suggest you lay-out what a domain owner does in a step-by-step format so there is no confusion and the entire process is seen from start to the end. Also, your site loads very slowly...is that what will happen to mine?
Apparently no one has answers for my questions...as you keep looping me to pages associated with the help desk or my profile...and no ryhme or reason for it.
The cheapest EV certificate on the market, and equally effective.
But last year the verification process was quite slow (took 3 weeks). This is the reason why we bought it with large advance on expiration date. We hope it will be faster this time.
A bit better walkthrough on how the purchase will progress before starting the purchase process would have been helpful. It was very unclear if and how the certificate would be delivered at the time of entering credit card info. That does not feel comfortable for first time buyers.
It would be good if that guide is split into use case scenarios like "cert for azure", so that all prerequisites can be met before starting a purchase. Otherwise, customer will likely end up in going through multiple failed orders.
Exactly what I need when I need it. Easy activation process and emails with sensitive info is sent immediately upon email confirmation. I can buy a certificate, receive the needed files, install on my site and have publicly visible within 30 minutes. EV Certificates take about 48 hours if you have the appropriate paperwork, but with other companies it may take a week. SSLS.com is my go to.
SSLs.com has provided a superior product at a very reasonable price. I have only had one occasion to contact support and my problem was quickly resolved.

I had some trouble figuring out whether this particular certificate (PositiveSSL) would cover both www.abc.dk and abc.dk, but a live chat solved it. Very friendly chat:)
I was also confused when I was about to active the certificate, as the wording of the info text suggested that my certificate might in some way be locked to the IP of the current server. I'm not sure if that's the case with an EV certificate or one of the other types, but for my PositiveSSL certificate, your customer support correctly informed me that this was not the case.
It'd be helpful if those two points were more clear.
I had a few question and Live Chat and customer support were excellent. I would have liked to see in the checkout process a chance to update the billing address for the current order.
As it is, I had to leave the checkout process, update the billing info in my account and redo the checkout process.
About the 4 (as opposed to 5) star rating: Before each certificate buy we compare prices between at least three reseller sites and you (until today) constantly came a close second.
I was expecting to configure the certificatate... But maybe that is coming next...

Only problem i faced is, the email gave me multiple certificates that needs concatenation etc. Whereas, download from ssls gave me complete set of final certificates!
