I can't rate this service until I have had a chance to use it, I haven't received a certificate from you yet.

There seems to have been some issues with root certificate and intermediate certificates not being recognized right away by MUAs and browsers.

I have a little troubles with certificate chains for android devices. Since is a mayor use case I think to you should have a guide.
