SSLS.com always makes it easy to get the exact certificate I need, I install it myself, and within 30 minutes they are active.

Shopping was very fast and easy, however your website shows one of my certs as expired and in fact it isn't expired yet.

Fast and easy. But I did not know about the dedicated IP that I needed...
So the host owner informed me that I have to pay more.

The whole process of installation was a bit of a nightmare and I cried trying to figure it out but they were as helpful as they could be.

Cart is buggy, had to try 3 times to buy only for single year not the default 3 years.
Online helpdesk guy wasn't to educated on ssl things.

There is no clear way to edit billing information or to cancel the order in the "review and checkout" page, which is very frustrating.

The Positive SSL certificate was delivered quickly and without hassle and works great. **** bit root key and 256 bit encryption. Why pay more?

I'd appreciate the possibility of buy a specific hostname like mail.site.com instead of www.site.com and site.com

The process was simple, and the price is right. This is a great service which I would recommend to anyone. This is my new go-to certificate provider.

Fast and easy to buy. The Howtos should be given to the customer more easily. I had to use google to find a HowTo for nginx webserver. The howTo was also on SSLS.com.

Problem logging in. In the end tried resetting my password but that told me I was already logged in.

Your credit card processor did not work and gave a "Do Not Honor" on a good account. Checkout via PayPal using the same card had no issue.

Company name and VAT is not remembered for logged in users. Ten years I report this issue and ten years no change. Pity.
