Seamless things explained clearly to make decision easy. Still haven't got it working yet. Need to be pointed to a guide for a Synology NAS install.

I find the service easy to use and affordable. If your hosting provider doesn't provide SSL it's very easy to get a certificate and install it.

Although I chose the 1 year certificate, your checkout kept showing the 2-year option. Either a mistake, or a bad practice.

It would be nice to see the product I am purchasing throughout the checkout process. You need to have phone support.

We had to go through your support system because of a bug in your system but this still went very smooth.

All goes smoothly. I'm only disappointed that I need to go through the whole installation procedure when I extent the certificate.
