The certificate installation instructions didn't have the step for adding the.crt to cpanel. Consider adding it. Otherwise the instructions and service were good.

I wish it did not take an hour for your systems to sync. I made a a typo in the CSR and was forced to wait 1 hour before your system updated the SSL as issued so that I could re issue..
