Bying a ssl wildcard was fast, but confusing as no csr was required. The price on the main page was misleading because it was the price per year if bought for 3 years.

Could use:
1) More clear/easy to follow instructions on assembling CSR, chain certificate bundle (more prominent link to existing tutorial)
2) Link to tutorial for WILDCARD domains with use with AWS, took me ~1 hour of googling, you could link that tutorial

Easy to use and perfect for my needs since i only have a personal site to host images and friends pages. This fit the bill perfectly for having a secure site and the ability to use HTTPS

It was pretty easy to install, though SSL is more complex than your average system admin will admit to, and this is new. A one liner on how to generate the CSR (and a link to what the CSR is) on Linux/Windows/Mac would help

I messed up the order and did not know how to activate the CSR. Anton saved me and THANKS. Easy instructions and knew what I needed and how to fix it. Cheers.

Impressive prices! And awesome design and UX! - Unfortunately the delivery of the certificate did not work immediately and it took about 24h until I received it.

I am happy with ssls.com in the past few years. However, I hate Comodo because I wasted a lot of money with Comodo in 2012.
I have no choice and I proceed this time.

This is the best experience I have had at finding, purchasing, and installing the best SSL certificate for my online store. And the price was the best I found.

I had some issues with a faulty CSR - chat-support was very friendly and quickly made sure I could re-submit my CSR to create a new cert. Impressive good service - with "no questions asked"...

Easy process though I've ran into some issues with setting up the CA Bundle. That isn't something I've ever dealt with before with SSL certs and the instructions you've provided for CPanel don't match up with what I'm seeing in CPanel or WHM. Otherwise, it's a big cost savings and I'm very happy that a company is offering reasonably priced SSL certs now.

The purchase and activation process was easy. The instation process required me to search for and find additional required certificates, I'm not sure why they weren't supplied in my ordered package.

Quick, easy, and effective.
Being able to select multiple certificate types from multiple suppliers is a timesaver.
Also being a lot cheaper than the supplier's own prices is a plus.

The tech didn't verify my issue after a few times trying to renew, I was in a reissue cycle, i had to install the cert to show the tech it wasn't correct.

Nice, fast and easy! Love SSLs.com. Support is always terrific and the process to renew is super easy. All I had to do was log in and push renew, pay and done.
