The process was easy and the prices are good, but little information is provided as to the requirements for each SSL in regards to the approval process.

Fast & easy checkout. I did have a minor problem with the CSR. I didn't know that I could submit a request through cPanel so I contacted my webhost (Arvixe) support and they gave me the CSR through online chat. But they neglected to provide a private key, which I assume I would have received if I used cPanel. I was unable to complete the SSL installation without the key so I contacted Arvixe again and they installed the certificate for me. When I checked up on the installation in cPanel, I was able to obtain the private key. All this only delayed the process by the length of the two support chats. Altogether the process was smooth and efficient. Both SSLs.com and Arvixe were helpful and responsive and my site is fully protected now. I do have a suggestion for SSLs.com: Include tips on various ways to obtain the CSR, such as cPanel. And include instructions that make it clear that a private key should be generated with -- and associated with -- the CSR since the SSL installation can not be completed without it. Considering the incredibly inexpensive price for the certificate, I am completely satisfied and highly recommend SSLs.com.
The girl who helped me through installation process was great, I never installed an SSL certificate before in my life, and she helped me through it with no problem, cudos to her!
Simple & fast. Got what I needed in under 5 minutes. I am using the ssl for my site's chatroom which uses websockets. I got what I needed in a speedy manner and I am satisfied.
Not happy that I have to reinstall in 2 years for my 4 year purchase.
Not happy that I have to dig out the private key on Mac that is now a p12 standard. Then have to figure out how to convert it!

If anyone ever tells you that buying and installing an SSL cert is simple - they're just wrong. SSLs.com does have good support so they were able to help me but it certainly wasn't straightforward.

You keep changing your dang site. And the text entry fields (like below) are so faint I can't figure out where to put the cursor.
So far everything has gone well. I'm about to try to install the ssl on my customers website. Hopefully I'll figure it all out.
Could improve by asking what server the cert is intended for and then provide easy wizard as part of purchase or skip for advanced purchasers.
It works really well for my needs - just a bit nervous about Comodo being the issuer, they don't have the best reputation, deservedly so...
