Everything was fine, with a small exception. The email I used contained a "+", which is perfectly valid. The system will fail because of it, and it will not allow me to reset it until I contacted customer service. The solution is simple: implement regular expressions to allow plus aliases email addresses (for example, john+*******@example.com), which are perfectly valid.

I wish your wizard worked better. It didn't help at all. I needed to start a chat. The chat people are hit and miss. Some are good, others not so much...
Sum was not auto-updated when I changed period of certificate, but this was just a very small issue comparing with how easy and smooth was all certificate buying process. Not to mention the small fact that price was 15x (exactly, fifteen times) smaller that competitors.
