There had one Question let me confused before.
I setting wrong approver email and let me can't get the right mail.
No any button can reset "my ssl cert status" and the status always is waiting for approved.
Although I solve the question by online assist in the end.
But, if the ssl cert status can reset by myself. I think the website will be more easy to use and more suit for user experience.

Slow, I never received an email with my cert. I had to reissue and download.
It was almost time for renewal for my ssl, and I was changing domain names and servers, so I contacted SSL'S.com. Although they could not reissue to a different main domain, it was almost ready to expire anyways. I did a quick search to confirm they have some of, if not the lowest prices for the type of ssl I needed.
I made the new purchase, confirmed my information, and in less than a half hour or so I had my new server and domain name running on the new ssl certificate. The process was flawless, and I appreciate the fast process involved with getting an ssl installed.
I did have an ssl here previously, so I new there were no issues with a making an ssl purchase from a company offering lower prices for their products.
Go ahead, it really is painless.
Now this form is getting weird. Name and Email shows [ object HTMLInputElement] I have not entered certificate details and you want to follow me up? Too early, too confusing at this moment.
It needs my email? Am I not logged in or what? Confusing.
The customer services rocks!

Quick and easy sign-up process, as well as the cert generation. Accompanying documentation and support is good. I've had some issues with approver emails and greylisting in the past - hopefully you can sort this out.
So good, but you need to explain a bit more the Common Name and write in bold letters this common name it's what we will secure with the SSL certificate we're buying.
