Quick simple... great
Best prices that I could find on the web for what I needed. Very simple to by and very quick handling.
It was slightly concerning that I wasn't asked to upload a cert signing request before purchasing. The purchase is for the ability to request one certificate signature after completion. Would be good if there were text saying so.
I tried to order using Firefox. I kept getting an error. I had to switch browsers to Chrome in order to complete my order, but not before spending about 1/2 hour with your support. I will say that Alex Nakonechny, the SECOND support person through chat. He was able to help. The other person just left me hanging when they could not figure out what to do. I was using Firefox (latest build) on a Ubuntu system. I had to switch to Chrome (latest build) on the same Ubuntu system.
After that I needed some help to install the certificate. I was helped by I think her name was Julia?She was excellent! Very patient, and extremely helpful! Truly, the only issue I had was not supporting Firefox. Your customer support has been very, very good!
For the veryfication, sometimes we have no access to the mail-accounts.
A good other veryfication-option would be by dns-txt entries.
