SSL Certificate

I bought the certificate, though web server host had problem with installation, sslcertificate were there to assist me in fixing the problem, I really want to commend the support person called Irine, she is the best, am enjoying the product.

I didn't realise that it was going to be so complicated!

But the SSL Certificate support staff were very patient and got me there in the end.

You website interface and guides are a bit confusing. You must be more explicit in these things. I am use to deal with unclear interfaces. But not necessary some other people!

It's about having a simple way to let people know their choices, help them understand what they need, where there is value, and letting them pick! Great job!

So easy! Certificates etc (esp code signing on different platforms is usually such a pain), but the SSL for our site was just so easy to implement. Thanks so much.

I thought it was a reasonable price, although awaiting approval before I can actually install which seems to be taking a little while when I was hoping it would have been installed by now.

Had to call technical support cause my card was rejected several times. After several minutes, the technician told me to try again and it worked fine

Technical service unfortunately uninformed about your SSL certificate installation. They just writing the text. My opinion manually install the certificate, they must learn by trying.
We corresponded for 2 hours for a simple installation. The opposite of the way he said challenge was loaded.

Had to chat with an assistant, because we waited for the certificate. She was very helpful and checked on the system, and that is why we got the certificate immediately, after we did all the steps and procedures.

Product was good, however due to an issue with the CSR submission required four separate support sessions after the first I was hung up on, the second the problem denied, the third the problem ignored, the forth resolved it. Great product and price, but lacking aftersales support.

The experience with sslcertificate.com was great. I reviewed the vendors and types of certificates, made my selection, completed the purchase, and received my certificate within minutes. I was very pleased with the service.

I purchased a certificate (rapidssl) but it appears to be not functioning, so i had to purchase another essential ssl... despite this, i have a good rate in my mind about you.

Update: now all.is ok.

Everything worked perfectly. Your help pages for installing the certificates where extremely helpful, and the key factor to my success in implementing the certificate to my server.

I would like to get a refund for the certificate as it is not possible to use it with the host that i have. Im yet to get any support on this. This is two days now

Some of the email instructions took users to general help eg taking user to your support portal rather than actual instructions to setup the SSL.

Would also help to make the Chat more visible.

The product was difficult to find. The Essential SSl which is 5.99 is not on the front page. I had to find he link from google. Its like you don't want your customers to find the cheap ssl
