Happy with the service however it would be great if on renewal the existing certificate I have could be renewed rather than having to add a completely new one and go through the process of doing so which for someone non-technical isn't easy.

Small issue with selecting an email option for approval process as we had no email set up for that domain that I was aware of - it would be helpful to have more information in this area. Excellent service resolving this issue. Very happy with the result.

I ordered a Comodo Essential certificate.

Beside a hiccup from Paypal, the process went smooth, Comodo did their part flawlessly too.

Very easy very quick, the one think is that there should be a "revise shopping cart" before placing final payment. I for example had to go back to the cart to eliminate something, as I had made a mistake and ordered 2 certs instead of 1.

I found an ad while doing a Google search, clicked on it to read more details on the offer.
Then, I compared the company to other companies, and other offers.
It seemed like a really good deal, so, I decided to purchase.

There was a 'bait-and-switch' in that the purchase price was only good for one certificate for one year. It was still a great deal, but I would have liked to known that before the purchase (not after).

The whole point of purchasing the certificate is to make sure that my site is secured. But my site is still saying unsecured on browsers. I can't figure out why. I spoke to GoDaddy and they told me to call you because the SSL certificate wasn't issued correctly.

As a webmaster I am very satisfied with the security certicate I received. There are more expensive SSL certificates available so the price and easiness to purchase this one made me to turn to this service provider.

I am ye to see any faults. In fact I had to buy it from you and cancel that from Godaddy because Godaddy issued SSL started giving OCSP error form Firefox and could not access tamfitronics.com via Firefox both on PC and Mobile. I hope that in the future, both website ownership information will be included as browsers still indicate that "This web site does not supply ownership information."

I bought the certificate, though web server host had problem with installation, sslcertificate were there to assist me in fixing the problem, I really want to commend the support person called Irine, she is the best, am enjoying the product.

I didn't realise that it was going to be so complicated!

But the SSL Certificate support staff were very patient and got me there in the end.
