I read reviews about the company having a difficult to use website as well as a difficult checkout process. I assume these issues have been fixed, as it was one of the easiest experiences I've gone through with these things and I've been doing this stuff for over a decade. My previous SSL certificate was from GoDaddy and I decided against renewing with them because of their slow turnaround time as well as price issues. I'm not at all disappointed with sslcertificate.com. 5/5 would definitely shop with them again.
