The service and follow up was fantastic! Initially had a problem with the finalisation of my sale due to a technical issues which was dealt with in the most professional and supportive manner and including expressions of gratitude - totally fabulous and a bonus of including an extra ‘surprise'. The masks are of such high quality. They are light, comfortable and easy to wear and such Fun Patterns! Highly recommend the product and the service! Well done and Wish you every success!:-)
Purchased 2 of the Squirrl Face Masks firmly believing from their advertising, that the masks were made locally in Melbourne. On arrival I found that the label on one of the masks stated that it was "Made in Columbia", a world Covid hot spot. The label on the other was missing. Masks were comfortable, delivery was excellent but I would not have purchased if I had known that it was not made in Australia. Very disappointed in the misleading advertising.

It took a lot of trial and error but I finally found the perfect mask at Squirrl. I love the water repellent exterior and mesh interior which means I can go for my daily exercise while in stage 4 lockdown and am still able to breathe. And it's nice to wear something that isn't ugly! Such pretty designs for the whole family.
Tick. The fabric quality, weight and colours in the two masks I purchased is awesome.
Tick. The comfort and 'breathability' is the best I have encountered in my mask wearing adventure.
Tick Customer service is second to none. The business owner is approachable and friendly.
And bonus tick. The masks cover the double chin that I have been cultivating during COVID19 lockdown!
One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Great communication and fast deliveries of my orders. I had a problem of my own making which the business owner was very gracious to help me resolve. I can't recommend this business highly enough. Bonus for me is that it is a local business to where I live and I am really happy to support it.
