Well, the price is justified, my usb flash drive voice recorder has a good battery in terms of capacity, battery life is about 25 days + it's cool that you can plug it in, and it will anyway record everything around you.
It is an irreplaceable thing for those who need to have evidence in the future.
I have called and left messages"VM" as well as 4 emails for setup help for a month now and no replies. "0" stars if possible. I am unable to use my camera with the battery pack I purchased due to not having a close outlet. The camera will not work on just the battery which negates why I paid for the battery. After reading their return policy, now it's been too late while waiting on a response. Shop elsewhere. Also, they do not deliver unless someone can sign M-F 9-5. Most people work and it gets sent back to them and they don't reply to ANY type of communication. I had to fight through PayPal to get my money back the first time to then reorder and sent to my job. And now stuck again.

I've been trying to reach them on a defective brand new device for 2 weeks and I cannot get a hold of them. I've tried calling *******848 and I get a no answer or closed for 4th of July notice even we are in August, no replies via email nor chat. Seems only their sales shipping dept. is running but no customer service personnel at all. Very dissapointed.
This company never answers your calls and sends out devices that do not work. You have to email them.
Order clock, it was back ordered so calling customer service they informed me the updated clock was in stock and they could ship it overnight with no additional cost to me for the updated clock or shipping. This is exactly how a company should handle it. Clock came fast, easy and quick to setup.
Item purchased failed upon initial use. Company has not responded to many emails, "live" texts, and does not return calls (phone always rolls over to voice mail). No attempt to deal with product failure.
You cannot get anyone on the phone or to email you back. Do not buy from them if you want support on the product you purchase.
So I've had this for a few 2 months now. The sound is not the best and the motion detection is average. Still happy with it until this morning, I got a motion notification from someone else's camera! No idea who but it shows face and they're asleep! I have so many questions about this: how did I get someone else's notification, this person is asleep so was there actually a motion detected? I have pictures of my camera and then this one notification I got from someone else's. This is super creepy

Purchased a camera from this company to help a relative with a situation. Turns out that it wasn't needed after all. After struggling to get someone at customer service, I finally received the information required to return the item for a refund as it was unopened. Followed all of the instructions and deadline to return the item on time yet I am still waiting for a refund two months later. I have contacted their customer service through phone, email and chat but have not been able to reach anyone nor have they responded to any emails. So I'm out $200.

Company is no issues, I will always go here for this or any other similar products. I have a weather station where the time and temp are constantly wrong one way or the other, and it says it can work on charged battery, but so far if unplugged, dead in an hour. It is fine with me if plugged in, mine is to keep an eye on my mother who has Alzheimer's.
Ordered a highly reviewed product, and after one (1) day it failed! Sent numerous Emails with no response. Followed that up with two (2) phone calls (and of course no answer) left voice mails...
With, you guessed it, no response. DO NOT deal with these frauds. They are quick to take your money, but not so fast to back their products.

I ordered the HD Speaker Wi-Fi Security camera from Spygear Gadgets and finally tried to use it to check on my dog. I had trouble installing the software so I looked up reviews and found POOR RATINGS on the software used to operate the camera. A lot of people are having problems with the software not recording, or too dark or kicking them out on their iphone. The camera says it operates in dark and rotates 360 degrees. Images on my iphone are too dark to see much of anything and it does not rotate 360 degrees, just 90 degrees! Will be returning this item for a refund. I will update my review once I get a full refund of my $175! So in short, look at reviews of the software that the item uses before purchasing!
I bought a product that never worked. I contacted customer service who emailed instructions to try to make the device work. Nothing worked and they stopped responding. I've tried to get a response for weeks. Finally decided to file a complaint with the BBB.
Answer: Not easy at all! And when I had someone on phone, he was rude and not helpful.
Answer: Seems to be a scam to get rid of useless stuff. My camera never worked
