Camera was D.O.A. On arrival I did everything the product manual said to do. But, the camera repeatedly had a "device offline" error message. I repeated the setup numerous times, and also tried 4 other camera software downloads. None of them worked. The camera would only deliver a "device offline" error every time. I could never receive a video or picture at all. Very disappointed considering the price.

Worked as advertised. Fast shipping. No response to email I sent regarding shipping. They didnt send me anything saying it had been shipped until after I already received. They dont answer emails or inquiries but the product was good.

Seems fine so far, haven't received my purchase yet,will be happy to rate again once received, Recieved order and was very happy with everything. Have run into problems setting up the function with phone and computer. Plan on calling tech dept today

Answers to my questions so far, were answered in the faq section. Easy to checkout, and coupon code is always welcome! Product is great for the most part. Audio could be improved quite a bit, but this is a terrific product streaming and recorded.

Very impressed with Spy Gear Gadgets. This is my second. Bought one for my friend, it gives her confidence to face an ugly supervisor, and I just bought one for myself to use for issues. It is an excellent product; a must have if you need to document the unknown and that nobody wants known.

Your items are nicer than many others, and I *think* I found what I wanted. We'll see.
Edit: The AC adapter overheats on continuous recording, but it works well on alarm mode. Still disappointing though, so that's 4 stars.

Great service, delivery could have been sooner than 1 week and I wish that the company would be more descrite in the shipping of the product without having a description on the package of what is inside.

Quite simply I bought something returned it and they aren't giving me my money back! Do not trust this company! Not returning my calls or emails.

Nice format on web site and well categorized. My "Zip" voice recorder is awesome! I had a cheaper one previously, but plugged it into a wall charger and it's sorta fried. It didn't say I couldn't... but I know better now! You won't get a return because of that error... I promise! Quality is excellent and software is very user friendly!

Camera is great. Software, not so much. Instructions are inadequate. What's the little metal pin for? Delivery was delayed by Canada Post labour strike (%*&^@!). Will experiment with other software options. Again, the camera is great.

My overall experience with spygeargadgets was great from beginning to end. I misplaced the instructions for my product and emailed this company. I received an immediate response with the info I needed. Excellent customer service. 5 stars...

Browsing for products and buying was fast and easy. It had really good details about the products as well as reviews. It would be even better if each product had actual videos of being used product to see its working quality. This would help customers feel more certain in buying the product.
The product I received works to my expectation. I'm hoping the quality of the product lasts for years to come.

The order process was ok. The customer support however is non-existent. I have called numerous times. I have sent emails; absolutely no-response. A rip-off, given that spygeargadgets.com didn't even care to reply to my order-return request!

Your website is user friendly and the variety of products is great. We have just charged it up so have not actually used it but have no doubt it will work as advertised on your site. Will follow-up at a later date.

You also sent to me a nanny cam valued at 125.00. My order was for a 10.00 charger unit which I did receive. Can't complain as long as I dont have to pay for it. This will be my final attempt to send you back the unit. No response, I keep it.

I paid extra for the next day delivery as per your website and it took over a week to get the product. The product is great but doesn't work for me it won't work if plugged directly into a USB port in a car.
