I need help on a device I bought from them. I have been trying off and o for 2 months to get help and never get a reply. Always leave a message but no response. I had several other items I want to purchase but went to a different company because you receive no help from this one. logistimatics.com is my new go to co and have since purchased 3 items from them and I get either a live person or a call back within 10 mins.

Like your site, good information on products. Need to add sensitivity information about cameras - at what distance are cameras activated by motion? Up to how many feet?
Instructions that came with it were outdated. After repeated attempts to get the camera working, I found a manual within the app that had correct instructions. I have not been able to make the 'pan' functions work; and instead of taking video I'm only getting snapshots (working in motion detection mode). This is my first 'spy' camera with app, so may be a learning curve, but I have found this to be a tedious setup.
Sorry but products are not ready to use and are not easy to understand, and the spy cam bug detector is pretty useless with all the cell phones and wifi gadgets that exist in our home. I have tried to contact the company for help and they were busy, I left my phone number and still have not received a call. Items are too expensive to be this difficult to use.
The instructions were clear as mud. I had to take product to Best Buy to get help in how to get the spy camera working. No micro SD card was included. It will record in low light but not in darkness so a light has to be left on all night.
The microphone on the VR80 works great but it's not voice activated as advertised. You turn it on and it records continuously in the dead of night with absolutely no ambient room sound present. I purchased for the voice activation feature when audio is heard, but it never goes in standby mode when audio stops, it just records dead air continuously. On the plus side, extremely fast shipment.
The shipping took longer than anticipated and missed the deadline - the purpose for purchasing the item. I therefore, need to return the item purchased to get a full refund.
How do I acquire a Return Label?
The product itself is not user friendly and I cannot get the device to recognize the WiFi connection. Worked ok at home but I am currently on vacation and can't make it work plus I have yet to find a phone number or customer service site to address these issues. Not at all happy with this product and would like to RETURN IT.

Well, the price is justified, my usb flash drive voice recorder has a good battery in terms of capacity, battery life is about 25 days + it's cool that you can plug it in, and it will anyway record everything around you.
It is an irreplaceable thing for those who need to have evidence in the future.
Order clock, it was back ordered so calling customer service they informed me the updated clock was in stock and they could ship it overnight with no additional cost to me for the updated clock or shipping. This is exactly how a company should handle it. Clock came fast, easy and quick to setup.
Bought several products from this group - The first product, the pinhole camera, was great, but I needed to return the second product and I never heard back from customer service about how to do that. I bought a second pinhole camera and it was faulty, so I reached out to Spygear about a replacement and have yet to hear from them.
Bottom line, if the product works and you never need to interact with their sales or customer service, great; if you do, don't hold your breath.
Returned product…they said that they would have to contact the warehouse to see where the return was and I would receive a refund. Still no refund it's been over a year I've been trying to get this product refunded. No one answers the phone no one returns emails. I am filing a small claims. I have the tracking number and it said it was signed for at their warehouse but yet still have not received a refund very frustrating
I received a camera from Spygeargadgets last week, The item does not work. I've called and left messages, sent emails, and tried their Live Chat (Nothing live about it). Nobody there ever answers the phone or calls back. Scam of a business.
I paid for a GPS tracker, I paid 238.+, they got my money, and I have not received anything but an email, which apologized, but was nothing but a scam. They have a number you can call to contact them, but all their representatives are busy helping other customers. I even went to the BBB. Should have done that first.
I spent 1,000.00. Paid for 2 day delivery. 2 weeks and they never sent anything. I've been contacting them for a week through email, instant chat and their phone number that always gpes to voicenail and nobody responds through any of them. This place will rob you.
I ordered a camera for my mom who is in Assisted Living. Camera does not work. Emailed for assistance multiple times and cannot get a response. I will never buy here again and will freely share my opinion any chance I get!
Spygear is a bad app, it's a dubious company.! They will just take your money from you... I had to go with reviews and recommendations I got from my friends around about Ethicspy firm so I contacted them and told them what I really wanted from my Spouse phone like messages and all so now I see all what is going on his device so best believed to him I don't know about anything, but thanks to this firm for the help rendered. I see his messages, calls he take, her location e. T. c

I bought a camera, the camera was very loud when plugged in which defeated the purpose of having it. It would often make a "click" sound like a camera while plugged in. I emailed them, got a return approval code and send it back with tracking. They got it on 10/18 and i have never gotten my refund. I have sent 4 emails with no reply. I called my bank and will get the payment reversed. Next call will be to BBB to file a report. They also do not answer the telephone. Absolute scumbags
Ordered two cameras for my business to catch some vandals. Delivery was fast (I paid for overnight shipping.) One camera worked great and the second was defective. I let customer service know the next day. It took a week for them to respond and it wasn't helpful. I responded the same day and it took nearly a month for them to respond. Still not helpful - I needed return instructions. Several calls and emails later, still no response. Terrible customer service on a defective product. It has been 11 months now...
Answer: Not easy at all! And when I had someone on phone, he was rude and not helpful.
