4 months, still no product, see a whole bunch more posts of people having the same issue. LAME AF! Clearly no $#*!s given from Spunky's Glass Pipes on their customer service & a complete lack of consideration for their customers. Hope my posts and others who have posted are seen before people try to buy from them so they can avoid this nonsense.

I have to agree with everyone else. I placed two separate orders, as gifts for Halloween. I have called daily and sent numerous emails hoping that the order would go out on time. I also paid for priority. No return call. No response to emails. It's clear that the gifts will not arrive on time, as they are still "processing". Maybe since their hours are 10-4, they can't get their jobs accomplished. Based on the other reviews, I fear it may be months or never that my gifts are delivered. So very disappointed. :(

Don't order from Spunky's if you have the mind to check these reviews first.

At first it seemed okay. I contacted them shortly after placing my order and they got back to me right away. They shipped half of the order, which I received on time and perfectly, but I tried contacting them for weeks via email, phone, and facebook about the rest of my order and never heard a single thing back. They finally got back to me 8 days ago saying the second half of my order would ship in about a week and I have yet to hear from them.

1. There is a slim chance you will get the correct product you purchase 2. You will wait for up to 2 months to receive it 3. If you buy priority shipping, it doesn't matter. It will still go first class mail and they will keep the extra money. 4. Horrible customer service, won't answer the phone or respond to emails. 5. Good luck on a refund or return, it will not happen 5. They just aren't good people and will rip you off, just some potheads trying to make as much money as possible. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Trust me.

I placed a order couple weeks ago and hadn't heard any thing from them so decided to email them and the next evening got a email back about my concerns and have been in contact with them since. They only had half my order but shipped out what they had plus refunded me my shipping cost and are in talks with me about upgrading to a different product at no cost to me. So far so good I am pleased!

Well wanted to update my review about my order which was upgraded at no cost n free shipping. My second half of my order finally shipped and will be here Wednesday and happy to say I am good with the outcome. Customer service needs work.

Ok so normally I would not do a review. Honestly the service was so beyond what I expected that I opted to write one. I was totally SHOCKED at other reviews that weren't good. What is going down? I joy inky had a great experience but when I ordered a cheaper product I got a call. The owner herself called and told me they had just gotten some reviews on this product (and were in process of stopping selling it) and she wanted me to be aware of the poor reviews in the product, wanted to ensure I would be satisfied so she reviewed this and then... offered to send either one to me but suggested a better product with great reviews. The price was twice as much but she sold it to me at the price of the lessor product. Wanted to make sure I was not dissappionted. It gets no better than this. Received my order promptly and will definitely be my seller of choice!

I have purchased from Chunky Glass Pipes about 3 times, as well as Spunky's (which absorbed Chunky Glass Pipes), all with success. However, as of late, it is obvious that this company no longer cares about its customers. I ordered a product on Sunday night, and it is now Thursday and my order has yet to be shipped, though they certainly took the money out of my account easily. Also, I paid EXTRA for expedited shipping. I don't know what the deal is, but this company has gone down hill. I have also sent two e-mails and left a message about cancelling my order. Let's see if they respond. BRING BACK CHUNKY GLASS PIPES!

I ordered a smoking gun from this website for valentine's day. I ordered it on the 27th of January and IT'S STILL NOT HERE, I am pissed/hurt I spent 49$ on this that they just stole from me. That I could have spent on something else. I don't know how I'm going to tell my boyfriend that his present isnt gonna show up. This place is terrible, I've called for the past 3 weeks. I've been leaving emails everyday. $#*! I left 4 emails just today. This place screwed me big time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
