I opened a ticket on Sept. 30,2016 (TID*******) and have not yet received a satisfactory answer to my problem (Oct 12,2016). Problem: I am unable to access my Personal Safe and keep getting the message 'Password Mismatch.' How can I get pass this problem? Do you have a tool that I can purchase, or tell me how to access my safe? In my ticket I mentioned that I am running Windows 7 Pro, but I have received 2 emails stating that the product doesn't work well with Win 8 or 10. I'm running Win 7. Why hasn't anyone given me an answer so I can open my safe. You advertise 24/7 helpline, but no one can answer my concern. I am very disappointed with your service

Ordered SPOTMAU software to assist me in system recovery on my laptop.
Software would not boot from CD. Software would not install.
Two weeks of e-mails to SPOTMAU techs were unsuccessful in resolving issue.
Requested a refund within their 30 Day Money Back time frame.
Finally got my refund after sending them GOOGLE EARTH picture of their mail drop and threating to PICKET their business in Texas...
Now I am trying to track down the person/company who made unauthorized charges on my debit card... REGNOW or flower shop in Miami Beach, Fl?
