Spotmau,
I opened a ticket on Sept. 30,2016 (TID*******) and have not yet received a satisfactory answer to my problem (Oct 12,2016). Problem: I am unable to access my Personal Safe and keep getting the message 'Password Mismatch.' How can I get pass this problem? Do you have a tool that I can purchase, or tell me how to access my safe? In my ticket I mentioned that I am running Windows 7 Pro, but I have received 2 emails stating that the product doesn't work well with Win 8 or 10. I'm running Win 7. Why hasn't anyone given me an answer so I can open my safe. You advertise 24/7 helpline, but no one can answer my concern. I am very disappointed with your service
