Great choice and variety of different items for playing lacrosse. I'm glad that we finally have stores dedicated to one single sport, and sales people are real professionals in what they offer.
Avoid Sportstop.com. Purchased a head from them end of October. Early January it split. They sent a replacement that then split first use out of the box in the first 30 minutes of use. Refused to replace again or issue a refund, which was the preferred action.

Bought an Item and requested expedited shipping which cost 90 dollars. Find out one of the items has to be put together after identifying it was not shipped.
I guess that I did not scroll down far enough to read that the item needs two days to be put together... relooked at my confirmation email it was not identified there. Nor was it highlighted when I made the purchase... would not have paid for expedited shipping and gone some place else.
Shady.
Contact the store and they basically reply too bad.
I like to shop small businesses as they typically have a more customer centric approach... not SportStop.

Purchased a StringKing LAX shaft and pre strung head. I thought I was getting a ok deal even with the included shipping and handling costs to get the product to Canada. However, SportStop does not disclose that the high shipping cost that they charge does not cover an additional charge that the carrier (FedEx in my case) will charge you after the parcel has been delivered for "administration/processing fee" for it to enter Canada. This cost me an additional $104.78
I tried to reach out to SportStop to discuss…. Zero response.

I paid $100.00 for extra shipping and i got it the same time as i ordered it from $#*!s with no shipping fees! I guess i will nerver do that again
Bad customer service, the return policy is to charge a restock fee no matter what even if the item is new and unused. Don't buy something you need to try on or size because you will lose if you have to return it.
I ordered the uhwk sports camera. I paid $179 for it. Which was a fair price when compared to other stores. I received the package and when I got the device out of the package I noticed that there was no tape holding the lid on. There was old tape residue on the container. The camera appeared to have been used because it already had one of one of the straps attached to it. When I plug the camera in the light wouldn't come on. Thinking that it might have been charged I turned it on again no noise or light. I called sport stop and they told me that is soon as they received it back in their stock they would refund me. I had to go through a manager to get the ability to get my money back faster. They agreed to allow me to ship the device and once it was in UPS in the system they would refund my money. It took several days for me to get my refund back. I was told they were sorry for what happened and it was obvious I had been shipped a used device but they only offered me my money back and nothing further. Call me greedy but had I been the manager in order to save a customer because of my mistake I would have offered another device at a discounted rate or money off future purchases. I will never order from sportstop.com again!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered Box LAX rib pads for my son. They didn't arrive after two weeks. My son was playing games and getting badly hurt. I emailed customer service (I could not get through on the phone) and explained that we could not buy these pads locally and could they quick ship a replacement so he would not get hurt in another game. Nothing happened. I had to call them and they did not stand behind the order and said I would have to wait for an investigation w/ UPS that could take a LONG time. If they had contacted me sooner I could have ordered from another website regular shipping, but because of their non-response I had to pay an extra $32 to overnight from another site.
