Retired Lundqvist jersey received in the mail today. Perfect condition. Just as described. Customer service was outstanding. We emailed back and forth several times and his response was always quick. We have a young Slovakian hockey player staying here for a brief time who loves this player. David did everything he could to make sure the jersey arrived in time to give to him before he leaves. Shipping was a little slow, but alls well that ends well.

I ordered a Steelers blanket for Christmas on 12/18/11. The total amount of 66.83 posted immediately to my card. However, as of today, 2/23/2012 I still have not received the blanket. I have left 4 messages. Three of which are documented by e-mail, and one recorded voice mail. No response. I am reporting this company to the better business bureau. Maybe if all parties leaving responses here do the same we can protect other customers from being scammed.

David claimed a bought a sweatshirt even though the listing clearly says "blank jersey" - he for some reason thinks that the word "blank" automatically converts a jersey into a sweatshirt. He insisted on this time and time again after I learned that my order would not contain the actual item I purchased.

Furthermore, David never provided me with an update after several days, and I had to follow up via email to establish contact. That's when I found out how screwed up their inventory management system was. Along with David claiming that the item on his page (which I even provided I link for, and highlighted the word "jersey"), and him acting like a child in the way he responded to my messages (I asked nicely several times for a refund, and each time he replied, he just wanted to tell me that a blank jersey was actually a hoodie, and completely ignored my request.

Because of his childish actions and having zero sense about running a business, I have had to escalate my request to PayPal for a refund, and then he goes and laughs about it, just like a little child would do!

Avoid Sports Nut Emporium like the plague, and do not engage the owner David Divone, unless you want to be completely and utterly disappointed in a human being and a business.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t waste your time.

Ordered 2 ND chairs along with some other items in October. I did receive 2 of the other items on order but still have not received the chairs. I have called their business number everyday, attempted the online assistant daily, and left voicemail and email messages with no response. This "company" is not legitimate, there so are many other official businesses out there willing to actually provide good service for the same price.

Received confirmation email saying my order was received, payment received, and would be shipped FedEx Ground. After multiple email to ask for tracking information, I have received ZERO response from "Scott". Called customer service, listened to prompter and was disconnected when I made a selection. Tried on-line chat and no one ever answered, so I left a message for a return call, and of course I never received one. After researching company on line, I found nothing but really bad reviews. Shame on me for not checking before placing an order, which is a mistake I will not make again! I've notified credit card company to deny payment and sent one more email to "Scott" to please cancel my order.

Wife ordered a canopy for me for Christmas. The canopy shipped and was received before Christmas and the legs were to ship later. Still have not received the legs. Multiple Phone calls and emails go unreturned.

This sports nuts is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought a ND tent or awning. Had to return it. Promised if I sent it back they would return my money. They now have my money and my awning. Will not answer the phone, return emails or messages. They are crooks, cheats and thieves. How do they stay in business. AWFUL

I had a similar experience as Dawn B in August. I placed an order for Wake Forest Tailgate Tent, checked the box for need it less than 7 days and paid $24.95 for expedited shipping. The order form said that if they were not going to get it to you by the date you requested they would contact you.

My credit card was charged the day of the order. Today is the day that I had requested to have the merchandise by for the homecoming game tomorrow.

I received an order confirmation email very quickly and then nothing else. I started calling the number on the website and no one ever answers. You get a recording asking you to leave a message. I tried online chat (which said online) and no one answered that either.

Finally got Customer Service Artie to respond to chat. He said that he had to contact the manufacturer. He came back a few minutes later and said "It has been back ordered and some reason or another I was not told". That is a quote right off of my chat transcript!

I asked for my order to be cancelled and a credit for the full amount to be issued to my card today. We will see if that happens!

The website says under new ownership, I guess because of all the 2010 & 2011 bad reviews. Trust me, it has not changed. I guess it is possible that they have good intentions, but they are in way over their heads. Just not capable of running this business as it should be run.

Please pay a little extra and order your stuff from a reputable company!

Also bad experience with this company, ordered a Indy Colts tailgate canopy with sidewall as Christmas gift in early December 2010. Canopy delivered with no issue well before Christmas, told sidewall would be on way in early 2011. Followed up, told would be into May 2011 before saw sidewall. Followed up yet again, told would be shipped within two weeks. Nothing. Last email requesting sidewall or refund has thus far gone unanswered. Couldn't locate a phone number for the company even using address lookup. Customer service is nonexistent, would never do business with this company if known what know now.

SPORTSNUTSONLINE.COM is the biggest scam of a company i have ever seen. They will take your creditcard information but never produce the product ordered. Trying to get ahold of someone is nearly impossible, and if you do, the excuses are endless. I would not order from these people again if they were the last online store on earth! HORRIBLE doesn't even begin to describe the interactions with this company. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR ORDER>

***SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT WARNING YOU'VE BEEN WARNED****

No customer service at all, charged my card and never shipped item, even though they tell you they won't charge your card until item is shipped, Ive made thousands online purchases and this one takes the Cake as the worst one ever, this company is ALL BAD, they don't answer phones they don't return emails period at all emailed them 10 times over 10 days no response and called only to get an answering machine that says nothing about SportsNutsOnline or even being a business. Unbelievably sketchy stay away unless you like giving away your money and not receiving what you ordered.

Ordered backpacks for my children, because the picture of them looked like they were really nice, and description made them sound large as well. When i received them, they looked Nothing like the picture, and were not as described. I returned them, had to pay for shipping, then when i received by refund it was for 24.57 less than what i paid. Called the store, said there was a restocking fee and charged me back for "free shipping" i received when i ordered them. Tried to talk to him, but he said he was closing for the night, and hung up on me. Called back, but he did not answer. By the way i also tried to contact them on line at customer service twice, and received no response. NEVER order from this company. They are scams. I have purchased alot of items on line, and have always had good experiences. This is one of the companies that make people leary of on line shopping

"BEWARE of This Company! Around the 1st of December, I ordered a Christmas present for my wife to be delivered by 12/21. They charged my credit card after I ordered the present, and I also received a FedEx shipping number on 12/19/2011. On 12/23, I contacted FedEx and was informed that the package was not received from the Merchant for shipping. I called SportsNutOnline numerous times but received a recording and was unable to leave a voice mail as the voice mail box was full. I also sent numerous emails requesting the status of my purchase but received no response. It is now 12/28 and I have not received the package. Also, the customer service phone number of *******033 is used by another internet company called Five Starr Sports Inc in Coral Springs, FL. Further, for ebay users SPORTSPLACE954.COM is the domain name for SportsNutOnline.com according to web page http://whois.domaintools.com."

OH by the way Scott S, this is a real review. For your information: (1) your live online support was in fact offline, (2) your voice mail box was full, (3) no one would answer my emails, and (4) your firm indicated that the merchandise was shipped when it was not.
