Received confirmation email saying my order was received, payment received, and would be shipped FedEx Ground. After multiple email to ask for tracking information, I have received ZERO response from "Scott". Called customer service, listened to prompter and was disconnected when I made a selection. Tried on-line chat and no one ever answered, so I left a message for a return call, and of course I never received one. After researching company on line, I found nothing but really bad reviews. Shame on me for not checking before placing an order, which is a mistake I will not make again! I've notified credit card company to deny payment and sent one more email to "Scott" to please cancel my order.
