I purchased an item online prior to the realization that it would not arrive in time for an event. Shelby Coyle was the customer service representative that I spoke to regarding my dilemma. She made it very easy to cancel my order for a full refund. I would absolutely consider ordering from this site in the future now that I have the reassurance of wonderful customer service.
The warehouse messed up my order multiple times (missing holograms, missing auth cards, damaged items due to very poor packaging for shipping), however, Eukneique never gave up on me until the order was right. A frustrating experience that ended well. 5 stars for customer service from Eukneique, who saved the day amidst a frustrating experience.
I purchased a signed hockey puck for my nephew for Christmas. It arrived, but the tampered seal was not in place. We were only a few days out from Christmas at that point, but Eukneique made sure that a new one was shipped out immediately. Eukneique was super responsive to any of our questions too! Thanks for saving the day and helping to make my nephews holiday!

Cristin Morel is one of those Customer Service Professionals that I can say is a true professional. Her communication, follow-up and follow-through skills were on full display as she assured my items were received before New Years. And for under committing and over delivering they showed up well in advance of 12/31/18.

I ordered a autographed Jersey that had a 7 to 10 business day processing time. I reached out to Shelby to either expedite the shipment and to find out what can I do since I will be leaving for a short vacation.
Shelby answered promptly, gave me full details of the shipment, reached out to the warehouse overseas and provided me with all the options I would have.
When the shipment arrived at the fedex holding location, Shelby again reached out and informed me that my package has arrived. After I went to pick up, she sent me an email informing that the package has been picked up and asked if I have any concerns or issues with it.
Shelby made my experience so pleasant and easy. This is the best service I have ever had with shopping online.

I was in a pinch for a Christmas gift to deliver from the site. It had been held up for some reason. I contacted them and got Shelby Coyle. She was very helpful in getting with the warehouse to find the problem, communicated it with me, and got a resolution. She did everything she could to get it to me on time and I couldn't be more appreciative of her efforts.
2 days before xmas we received a damaged item and Cristin made a miracle happen she had a new item shipped out immediately and we received it Christmas eve it's a gift for my God mom who has severe M. S. and has wanted a signed photo of Jim Harbaugh for years and she cried of joy when she got it I would definitely give her more than 5 stars thank you so much. After several attempts to locate 3 items on an order that were never received 1.5 weeks in, on my third email to sports memorabilia I received an email from Alexis Mariner. Thankfully! Within days she had rectified the situation and I received the items in time for Christmas. Just a thought, but you may want to have her train ALL your customer service staff. Having been a manager in CS for 20 years she impressed me not only with her communication, but with her quick handling of the situation, making it right and her follow up after the fact! It is only because of her, that I will use your company again.
