I am a first-time buyer of SM and they were very responsive providing excellent service. I ordered a print for my wife's birthday and Shakira promptly followed up, making sure the shipping service was such that it would arrive on time for her birthday. I would give their website 7 out of 10 stars because they really need to improve it so you access information on the status of your order. I called in and the automated system told me my order was still processing so I talked to their agent Connie which I'm going to give her 10 stars. Connie was super helpful and a pleasure to talk too. Most customer service agents you talk to anywhere everybody knows they are oh hum but Connie made it a pleasure and so helpful. She told me my package was shipped and where it was it and emailed me the tracking number.
So sports memorabilia improve your website and recognize your great customer service agents. Connie will probably make me a repeat customer.

The framed jersey we ordered (which was the last one available) arrived damaged during shipment. The Company immediately offered to cover the cost to have a local framer re-frame despite the fact that the cost to reframe was nearly half the price of the item. Since our son really wanted the rare framed jersey and we could not find a comparable replacement, we couldn't have been more grateful. It's worth noting that the Company resolved the issue and refunded the cost of the frame within minutes, making this one of the best experiences we have ever had with customer service for an item purchased on line.

Shipping was super quick and support was very responsive and helpful. Cristin answered all my questions and provided excellent support!

I'm stationed overseas, the mail issue can get a bit complicated and frustrating. At first JSA declined the authenticity of the Messi autographed picture. However, after taking another look, JSA V. P. JameS Spence III Has confirmed that the picture is Authentic. I ordered a ticket stub from the 1983 World Series as a gift on a Friday, and paid for FedEX next day shipping so that I could have it on Monday... But when I was checking out online at 1:40pm, I noticed that it said orders placed after 1 pm would be processed the next business day... I called and got Alexis, who pulled the order, flagged it at the Distribution Center, and made sure it shipped... and I received it Monday morning in time to give it as a gift Monday night.
