Ordered an item that didn't even exist, signed helmet. The signing scheduled 6 weeks after my
Purchase. I called in to inquire and assured I would get the product by end of April.
By end of May, nothing, tracking still in processing, no responses to my email.
Take my advice, pretend you want to buy something really expensive if you have a question about your order - they will answer super quick!
That's how I finally got my refund.
No regrets other than choosing this site in the first place.
Overpriced, awful customer service, selling things they don't even have.
Harassed me for personal information and accused me of stealing from them when FedEx admits they accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Horrible company. Refused to refund even though I know they're getting insurance payment for their product that was lost. Do not buy from them. A simple Google search shows a history of fraudulent products too.
Had a bad experience with them. Order a helmet for christmas present end Nov and site said "in stock". Never arrived and they hardly respond to emails with no phone number. I ordered a different helmet and it came quickly but not the one my son wanted. They provided RA and label so I shipped it back. After MULTIPLE email exchanges I finally received the helmet ordered end Nov on Feb 10th. However, they apologized that the returned helmet was received but not processed. After a month of them holding both my funds and helmet, I insisted on a refund, after a week of no response I had to initiate a dispute with CC company, still outstanding. They blame christmas and superbowl orders for delays but this is not good customer support nor business practice!
For a company that sells a lot of hats, they sure don't know how to store and package them properly. When I go to a store to buy a hat, I expect there to not be a single crease in it, and the material to be of somewhat high enough quality where the hat does not collapse into a deformed turd when I take it off. Hats should be able to hold their true form. Even when I put it on, it looks like its been tossed into a lake and dried in the sun. Terrible quality. I waited two weeks for this. This is why I don't online shop for hats, and neither should anyone else. Hats should be sold in stores only.
I ordered memorabilia on December 6th (this is December 17th for reference) and get a different answer every time I call to check on the status. Finally just received confirmation that my item is 'sold out' - thus I will not be received it, however, they have already charged my account. Anytime I call, it feels like it's 3 guys in a garage answering the call versus a business that is properly stood up with a customer service team to help. I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing from Sports Memorabilia, in particular when what they are selling is not inexpensive!
Ordering from UK. Took about a week for them to despatch. To be fair, the small print said it might, but this was slower than I expected. This nearly caused a problem because it was scheduled for delivery during my vacation. But Shelby was v helpful and sorted out a redirect to a friend's house. Good service sorting out this issue.
Had placed an order on October 2017 that I never received but was billed for. I contacted customer service an in two different occasions was given the run around. Not until I had messaged them on facebook did I talked to a very professional and essential person in the company. Ingrid Pardon went above and beyond to make the situation right. I'm happy with the product and glad spoke to Ingrid to get it fix. If you ever have any issues with an order just tell them to connect you with her it will save you month of headaches. If it wasn't for her helping me out with the order I would have given the company a 1 star rating. Ingrid bumped it up to a 3, she deserves a raise.
L know good customer service but rarely get it, she is articulate, professional, follows up on details and does not hesitate to go many extra miles Merry Christie girl, and hope there is a promotion and great bonus in the new year
Lauren and George are terrific! George helped me find just the right gift for my son and Lauren provided superior customer service taking care of shipping, etc. I will definitely buy from then again. They made a great team!
I had an extremely positive shopping experience which was made that extra bit more stress free by Sophie Brown who bent over backwards to ensure that a close friend got his Xmas present and was spared being given a lump of coal!

Gabriel followed through with what he said regarding the shipping issue I was having. Integrity is a rare find these days, but not with him. Because of him, my 9-year old grandson will have the best Christmas present ever.
